The pistachio croissant is apotheotic. The only one that doesn't taste like white chocolate and isn't disgusting like the others due to its excessive sweetness. It is pure, slightly sweet pistachio. The best I've ever eaten.
Don't ever change it please🙏🏻

I was there today 10 December 2024 at around 9.40 am, entering on the left there is the counter with the various productions of sandwiches, pastries, etc.. a blonde shop assistant asked me what I wanted with the classic "you're welcome", my answer it was that I would look to choose.. she dismissed me with a..HELLO!! (As if it were a goodbye)..not very polite for a person who works with the public, but what do you think I should have sent a telegram with my requests? I definitely won't go back.....the salad was too salty!!

Large selection of cakes and croissants, no too much sugar, excellent mousse texture for desserts. Despite the fact that the cakes are mini, it is clear that they put effort into the decor

The other day I had a pleasant breakfast of champions with pistachio pasta and cappuccino. The pistachio cream was very pistachio-like, not the industrial, sugary kind. The service was lightning fast considering the amount of customers who crowded the place. I add +1 star for the cute waiter with blue eyes who made a point of greeting me in particular when I was leaving. Very courteous and much appreciated.

I found a very pleasant environment in RistòPallotti.
I like the modern interior design and the young staff who welcome you.
Visiting them in the morning, I came across their wide breakfast offering: in particular, the brioche has a soft, yet dense texture, and the chocolate is excellent.
Maybe in the morning there is a bit of confusion (but it's all normal for a self-respecting coffee shop) which often causes controversy among people who don't know the dynamics behind the counter.

All very good for breakfast. Maybe a little expensive but they are practically in the centre. Unfortunately (but fortunately for them) there is always a queue at the checkout and it is very busy and it is difficult to find a table to have a cappuccino while sitting.
