Good morning, this morning I went to Palloti for breakfast. I know it and I go there. It's a pleasure when I go there. Truly top-quality products. Excellent. But if I can point out a flaw, I've been a barista for 40 years, and every time I go to a bar or pastry shop, I always look at how they work to see where I can learn more or improve. This morning I saw a bit of displeasure. In what sense can even the smallest discrepancy be more negative than others? The fact that any worker behind the counter would touch the glass or cup with their fingers where the customer puts their mouth. Well, in such a sinful place, it's very elegant. I think they should pay more attention to the service. Even the most banal thing is the way the customer looks at me. I said this to the worker behind the counter, but I don't think my observation interested him, judging by the way he smiled at me. All right, have a good day.

The place is cute and undoubtedly the best bar on Via Irnerio. The service is good, as is the breakfast, which is good but not the best I've had in Bologna. Prices are average.

I went to RistoPallotti for breakfast. It's a beautiful location, with a wide selection of sweet and savory pastries and small pastries. The staff are friendly and professional, and the croissants and cappuccino are delicious.

Super friendly staff, plus excellent pastries and coffee. The hot chocolate is out of this world.

I arrive in front of a lady and they serve her first. My turn comes and first they forget and come back to ask me for my order, and then they forget the croissant again, so much so that the guy in the kitchen notices and alerts his colleague. I don't know, you decide... Coffee and a small cream croissant €2.90. Seems a bit too much to me. The place seems nice and the variety of mini croissants is quite wide. The service (staff and experience) is terrible.

We came here on a Sunday morning and it was absolutely packed, with the queue going out the door. The shop itself isn't very big, though they do have a few tables inside and outside. I tried the pistachio croissant; it was good, but just a little too sweet for my personal taste. Be prepared for a wait if you go during a busy time! The fresh made orange is a little bit expensive, €4 per small cup.

One of the best pastry shops in Bologna! The pastries are exquisite, always fresh and fluffy. The selection is also excellent: there's a wide variety of desserts, including delicious vegan muffins. A true must-try for those who love quality.
