Fantastic dinner!
We went to Risto-Macelleria San Marino for an evening with friends.
They offered us a set menu with appetizers, two first courses, various cuts of meat, side dishes, wine, and dessert.
Everything was excellent and cooked to perfection!
The staff is welcoming, kind, and very professional.

A must-try experience for meat lovers. The Maremma beef Florentine steak was delicious! We opted for the tasting option, and it was truly an excellent choice. It was all paired with Bolgheri wine, highly recommended! Next time, we'll have to try the famous Japanese beef, which isn't always available, though. Prices are in line with the products offered.

If you love meat, this is the place! Best carpaccio I've ever had! Delicious gnocchi, and the large chunks of meat were served.
Being on the roadside, it's a bit noisy, but that also has its charm.

For the second time, we dined with our dog at this restaurant and butcher shop where meat, or rather, ribs, reign supreme. Dining is mostly outdoors on the main street of Castagneto Carducci. The service is fast, professional, and very friendly, as, despite not having booked (highly recommended), we only waited 10 minutes for our table. We ordered a simply fantastic mixed platter, top-quality cured meats, excellent tagliolini carbonara with Cinta Senese pork, and a burger with porcini mushrooms. A great bottle of Chianti, water, coffee with Cantucci and limoncello, and we spent €100...it was worth it. Highly recommended!!

Esperienza che rimarrà nei nostri cuori. Partiamo dall'ottimo cibo: antipasto con crudo toscano e crostoni di fegatini. A seguire la costata di chianina prontamente spiegata e decantata prima dell'ordine dal propietario Davide. Tutto perfetto, ottime persone e gran lavoratori. Grazie della bella esperienza.

Un’esperienza che ha superato di gran lunga le nostre già altissime aspettative.
Un menù ricco di scelte invitanti, di piatti tipici locali, e non solo.
Il personale si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e preparato durante tutto il corso della nostra permanenza.
