Spectacular meat, with a wide choice of animals, from heifer to beef, with different and also quite long aging. All cuts starting from 1 kg and up which for two people if you also want to try appetizers or other can be demanding, but an effort is willingly made. The raw meat is also excellent. The prices are high but reflect the quality of the meat and the tourist location. I would have liked a little more choice of wine by the glass, not just the table wine which in any case did not clash with the meat at all, perhaps you could suggest some labels from the excellent ones you also have by the glass because today with the new restrictions for drunk driving it is not like you can drink that much anymore (luckily I did not take a bottle, which I would have happily drunk with the meat, because down on the Aurelia they were doing checks), having done this I would also give the fifth star. Very kind and thoughtful service. Excellent idea the special knife.

Family evening, dinner based on appetizers, the Thai-style joke was absolutely outstanding, to follow we had two excellent first courses, a dry aged steak burger never tried before and a beef fillet (not cheap but absolutely the best meat I have ever eaten), conviviality and a beautiful background soundtrack. A note of excellence: a kind and very cute Asian waitress. Congratulations, thank you for the evening.

We had such a nice dinner! We ate a Ribeye. I have to stick to a gluten free diet, but that wasn’t a problem here. The staff was really kind and informed about allergens, so with gluten. I even got gluten free bread. Moreover, they also played nice chill music making it a good experience.

the Carbonara pasta with homemade Guanciale was amazing.
also had the Gnocchi dish with truffles and blue cheese, all of which were super on point ! but a bit pricy, especially when getting the bill ;)

Quando qualcuno della zona ti consiglia un posto difficilmente sbaglia e non posso che confermarlo. Prodotti e servizio eccelsi, un peccato averlo trovato in vacanza e non averlo dietro casa perché ci torneremmo sempre. È una chicca spaziale in un contesto da sogno.
Sono le piccole attenzioni a diventare ancora più grandi di fianco a una qualità di alto di livello.
In un mondo in cui duro lavoro e gentilezza difficilmente collidono, ci si innamora ancora di più quando si ritrovano entrambi.
Grazie per questa esperienza che indubbiamente consigliamo e che ripeteremo.
