All excellent products from the appetizers to the first courses to the "ciccia" and finally to the desserts.
Excellent staff especially for recommending the right cut of meat, given the vastness of choice. Also very kind to prepare a dish not on the menu for the child. It's certainly not cheap, but the bill is adequate for the quality and quantity. Highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant in Castagneto Carducci!
We ate the Tuscan cured meat platter, the cheese platter with Vin Santo and Pasta with Cinta Senese ragù, all accompanied by an excellent organic Bolgheri Rosso wine.
If you want to eat as if it were your last day in Tuscany, trust me, go here!

We frequent this restaurant several times a year and have always found high quality cuisine both in terms of products used and preparation. Fresh products cooked with care. The wine list is also sought after. Exceptional meat for which it is worth stopping! Friendly and prepared staff.

Perfect evening, we took a platter of amazing cured meats, and a top cut of Chianina, it's a shame we didn't try the first courses which looked wonderful, we'll be back. Highly recommended

Noteworthy raw materials with labels of origin that make it clear that they are of quality, but their cooking does not respect the quality of the materials
Speaking of the grilled Tuscan pork and Florentine cut at €70/kg (the least expensive) there were some charred parts
This is why I say that quality/price is not favourable

We were in this restaurant one evening, the staff is very courteous, we ordered: a cold cuts starter, a tagliatella and a Florentine steak for two.
Everything was great! A small hiccup in the starter which they handled very well.

Cena per due con la mia compagna, ho ordinato un tagliere toscano. Forse i salumi più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato. Procedo con un filetto di Chianina, la carne si tagliava come il burro. Infine, una ricotta di pecora con miele di castagno, dal sapore intenso e delizioso. Si vede che in questo locale c'è vera attenzione e qualità per gli ingredienti. Piacevolmente sorpreso!

Tutto ottimo, salumi di ottima qualità, bistecca cucinata molto bene.
Degno di nota il fatto che insieme alla bistecca prima di cucinarla portino lo scontrino con peso e prezzo.
