My partner and I stumbled upon Elvezia during our trip to Isola Bella, on the advice of the ferryman. The location is spacious, bright and well-kept, the view of the lake is extremely pleasant. We were welcomed without a reservation (however, consider that it is low season, in hot periods I would suggest booking) and treated very well, the room manager was available and willingly chatted, without ever being intrusive. The fish is fresh and treated with care, everything is delicious, from the appetizer to the fried fish (which has a fantastic variety of lake fish), to the pike perch, very delicate and well paired. Correct value for money considering the quality of the food and the location. Well done, I will gladly come back!

Wonderful day to celebrate a birthday and Helvezia contributed thanks to a table with a lake view, remarkable food, impeccable service and reasonable prices for what was offered.

I went for lunch with friends. We had a great time. Positioned on the beautiful island there is a spectacular view, on one side Verbania, its hamlets and the mountains above them and on the other Stresa with the Mottarone. Friendly staff.

L'assunzione degli ordini è stata lenta (qualcuno è arrivato più tardi di noi e ha avuto il suo turno prima), e abbiamo anche preso il Cafe Frappe in un bicchiere di carta. Order intake was slow (someone came later than us and got their turn earlier), and we also got the Cafe Frappe in a paper cup.

Ambiente curato e confortevole, con una bella terrazza sul lago. Servizio ineccepibile e piatti (un antipasto e una frittura di pesce di lago) molto ben cucinati. Veramente ottimo

24/07/2024: We loved this hotel. Paola, its owner, is infinitely kind, the building is very beautiful, its location is perfect for discovering Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The view as well as the direct access to the lake are unique. A paradise. We will come back.
