I was there last night with my family ... A unique place for the beauty of how it is made ... then a really good pizza with a light and tasty dough and very good quality ingredients ... the little girl had a first course that was very good and a dessert as good and fresh. For every need, for every palate there is the Ristodrogheria Doppio Zero to leave you fully satisfied.
The attention is focused on every type of dish; pizza al tegamino, typical and tasty, the pasta first courses, homemade and abundant, tasty platters to learn about the differences in cured meats and cheeses from Biella to Valdostano.
The meat, needless to say, delicious from the battuta, to the tagliata to the ragù in the pasta, delicious garronese!
Then what makes it unique, in addition to being tasty like many other Osterie/Ristorante, is the service and the fabulous atmosphere, that this splendid team, from the kitchen to the dining room to the cured meats counter. Entering to dine at Doppio Zero, means leaving smiling and satisfied.

Authentic Italian restaurant in Biella, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, complemented by friendly staff. Gloria was kind and well-spoken, restaurant should be proud to Gloiria working for Doppio Zero.
The handmade pasta was exquisite, and the flavors were true to Italy. A must-visit for anyone craving genuine Italian cuisine in Biella!

Everything is excellent, 5 stars deserved. The Aosta Valley platter is rich and well made: raw ham from Saint Marcel, lard from Arnad and excellent cheeses, all accompanied by honey and chestnut sauce,
The pizzas with vegetable charcoal dough are light and tasty. The one with veal carpaccio, parmesan, buffalo mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes is balanced, light and tasty. The other one with friarielli, confit cherry tomatoes, coppa crudo and stracchino is truly special.
Careful and welcoming environment, very friendly and helpful staff
Everything is taken care of in detail, I would gladly go back!
