Characteristic atmosphere that instantly catapults you into an old grocery store where they serve quality and delicious food. We tried two charcuterie and cheese platters and were pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Delicate, tasty cheeses, carefully chosen in combinations. The cured meats melted in your mouth. I've been wanting to finally find a place like this for years, and even though I live far away I'll be back, if only for the courtesy and kindness of the guys who work there! I absolutely recommend it if you come to visit Biella!

We started with mixed starters, very good, but the real protagonists were the fresh pasta starters: - *Macaroni al torchio* with radicchio, speck and Maccagno cream. - *Mammoli of Vitelotte purple potatoes* with drool (with Fontina Aosta Valley DOP). - *Raviolacci with braised meats* with meat sauce (Garronese ragù). A very characteristic and very quiet place. Ideal for a dinner for two or 4 as in our case. The service was friendly and very discreet. Truly incredible variety and choice of beer, of the highest quality. As for food, one of the best pan pizzas I've ever eaten, light and leavened very well. The ingredients used to season it are only top quality.

Carinissimo ristorante pizzeria in romantico stile shabby chic, in pieno centro storico a Biella, con banco gastronomia all'ingresso. Menù ampio di pizze tradizionali, gourmet e al tegamino. Disponibili anche tagli di carne dal frigo macelleria in un angolo del locale. Estremamente invitante la vetrina dei dolci. La loro signed pizza 'Doppio Zero' con bufala e datterini gialli è risultata leggera, morbida e con una qualità eccellente dei prodotti usati in preparazione. Ci torneremo per provare altro dal menù, tra antipasti, primi e secondi. Servizio rapido e cortese. Nei weekend al turno delle 19.00 è già affollato, quindi è preferibile prenotare. Consigliato.

Locale perfetto per una serata con amici e/o colleghi di lavoro ma anche per famiglie e coppie di innamorati. Ottima la varietà di pizze offerta , cosi come i primi al tegamino e i dolci. L'impasto per le pizze è veramente eccezionale, leggero e saporito. Forse sulla carne devono ancora migliorare ma per il resto niente da dire .
