Wide variety of products, especially sizes; you can choose small, medium or large.
The tartare with cabbage and bagna cauda was exquisite. The Mauriziana pizza with Mongrando lard was delicious. As for the Peperina pizza 😳😲 even for the spiciest palate it was judged: "fiery"🤭
Excellent choice of beers.

Excellent venue. We ate very well, ordering both first and second courses as a table, as well as pizzas including a charcoal dough; everything delicious!
Wide choice and great quality of wines and beers.
Service provided by very precise and friendly staff.
The attention and participation of the owners is certainly what makes the difference.

We had dinner in this beautiful, divinely furnished place in the center of Biella. Perfect service, very fast cuisine and really delicious dishes from the mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses to the spaghetti alla guitar with cheese and pepper (obligatory slipper), excellent cut. Excellent desserts and a low price for the quality of the products. Reservation recommended, definitely worth a try if you are in the area (there are several car parks nearby)

Great restaurant. The pizza and meat were both amazing. It's a shame they don't cater fully for gluten free (GF pizza would be a great addition to the menui future), but most of the meat dishes are gluten free.

Drukke authentieke zaak in centrum Biella, maar het vriendelijke personeel heeft alles in de hand.
Verrukkelijke pasta-gerechten maar de kaas-en-charcuteria is voortreffelijk.

Nice, quaint place and professional staff. Cut with tender, tasty meat. The only flaw to improve was having it served on cold plates.

4 pallini anzichè 5 perchè quasi non ho provato la cucina (che da menu sembra presentare molti piatti interessanti) . Però ho assaggiato un'ottima selezione di formaggi biellesi molto ben "spiegati" e un'altrettanto ottima battuta di carne locale servita con una ciotola di bagna cauda tiepida che ci stava benissimo. Buona scelta di birre, servizio gentile , veloce e preparato, prezzo corretto. Si presenta come un ristorante con dei grandi banchi appunto da drogheria

In the historic center of Biella there is this restaurant with shop, original in furnishings even if the tables are a little close together. The meat exposed in vacuum is very inviting and having eaten a rib-eye I must also say very tender and very good in flavour. I must say equally well about the joke, the pizza and the pasta, dishes consumed at our table. Good and courteous service. The bill is normal. A note on the services not up to the standard of the venue.

The place is nice and welcoming, with a truly original ceiling. We took a platter with excellent quality cold cuts and cheeses, followed by a pan pizza with really good burrata and prawn spaghetti carbonara, from which I expected something more. Followed by the desserts, the truly exquisite tiramisu, as well as the slice of cake with pistachio Chantilly cream.
