Excellent place, just steps from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Wide selection of beers and sandwiches. We ordered two small Dolomiti Red beers, a bacon burger, and a veggie burger, for just over €25. Service was very fast and the staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a combo for €15 each, which included two delicious sandwiches, ravioli, and fried food, along with an Aperol Spritz and a Coke (obviously, you choose what to drink). A very nice place. We practically had dinner with that aperitif. Friendly staff. An absolute must-see!

A nice, welcoming pub, and nothing negative can be said about its sandwiches. The real problem is the staff... a single waitress, just starting out, who does too many tasks to be able to say she's done even one of them correctly. Behind the counter, I think we find the manager, who constantly bothers the waitress, embarrassing her and causing her to get into unpleasant situations, leaving an order half-finished to do what's asked of him... Then there's the person pouring the beers and making the drinks, a person who tries to tone down every action I've previously described, but alone does little... Result: an hour and a half wait for two sandwiches and a fried food. Once we get to the cash register and realize our mistake, not even a single gesture of kindness regarding the price.

Excellent, attentive, and fast service. Very nice atmosphere, just like a typical pub, perfect for a drink in the city center. Wide selection of drinks and beverages at reasonable prices. The only downside is the food, which is good but doesn't compete with other places. €22 for a burger, a medium beer, a mixed fried fish, and a cover charge, so the price is perfectly reasonable. Reservations recommended.
