11/11/2025: A little over two months after our "I do," we're still receiving compliments and praise from family and friends for the perfect success of our wedding... Much of this is undoubtedly thanks to San Bernardo Ricevimenti.
The venue, immersed in the pristine nature of the Sila Mountains, is simply enchanting. In addition to the professional and impeccable service, the dishes, prepared with dedication and care, using fresh, high-quality, local ingredients, were truly exceptional!
We highly recommend them for weddings or other ceremonies.

19/10/2025: A Perfect Banquet of Flavor and Elegance.
I had the pleasure of celebrating a special occasion, my nephew's graduation party, with a banquet prepared by Executive Chef Gustavo Congi and his daughter, Lady Chef Denisia Congi.
Despite the close friendship and respect that bind me to the Congi family, I cannot help but express my sincere appreciation. Their cuisine was simply sublime.
The dishes showcase the finest local ingredients, which, crafted with professionalism and love, are transformed into creations of the highest quality. Each course was presented with elegance and refinement. The risotto with crispy green beans, pumpkin cream, and grilled bacon was particularly noteworthy.
A dish that celebrates autumn and the richness of mountain flavors.
The rice was cooked to perfection, with the grain al dente, enclosing the heart of starch. Chefs Gustavo and Denisia succeeded in creating a vibrant contrast, masterfully balancing creaminess and crunchiness. Aesthetically, it was a unique culinary canvas of brilliant and lively contrasts.
In short, the long-standing professionalism and experience of Executive Chef Gustavo blended beautifully with the innovative and creative touch of Lady Chef Denisia.
In short: a perfect banquet that expertly combined elegance, flavor, and refinement. My heartfelt congratulations to both of them, also on behalf of the "little expert."
