Easy place to reach. Clean place and nice, helpful and customer-focused staff. Excellent and fast service. Peaceful and bright environment. Delicious food with an excellent variety of choice between normal flour, kamut, spelled and gluten-free dough, obviously all delicious. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

We went to Bologna for the first time and had dinner in this pizzeria which offers various types of dough (I chose kamut) and my husband, who is celiac, a gluten-free pizza. Also well stocked with beers and gluten-free desserts. What can I say... everything was excellent! A special thanks to the very nice and kind Giorgio.

24/08/2024: Un viaggio culinario spettacolare. Lo chef e lo staff hanno spiegato molto bene il piatto e la tecnica di cottura, per chi è passionato di cucina un grande plus! Raffinato la combinazione acidità e dolcezza, l’occhio gode e il palato festeggia. Ho festeggiato i miei primi 50 anni con la mia famiglia e posso solo ringraziare per avermi resa la serata molto bella. 💖🎉🎂🎈😃
16/07/2024: Alta ristorazione in un contesto che trasmette lusso e cura dei dettagli. La cena e il servizio meritano se non una stella Michelin sicuramente di essere provati, per valorizzare le idee di uno staff giovane ma preparato. Dagli antipasti alla piccola pasticceria il percorso è stato coerente, con un uso quasi sempre perfetto di contrasti di sapore. Una cucina non banale e che ti da voglia di riprovarla. Bravissimi.

18/08/2024: A place from other times, where time stopped a few years ago. Genuine food, excellently cooked. Flavors of times gone by but also unfortunately forgotten manners and friendliness. As soon as possible we will return to enjoy a familiar, unique, timeless environment. Thank you!
12/08/2024: Wonderful people who welcomed us even on the closing day (Google said it was open). Generous portions, good, homemade food (lasagna and tortelloni) and a more than honest price. Absolutely recommended!!!
