Professional welcome, courtesy, and kindness. The pizza I ate, made with whole-wheat dough, was well-cooked; a little heavy to digest, but much less so than others.

The pizza is made over a wood fire. It feels like a family business. The staff is very attentive, and all pizzas can be ordered with wheat, other grains, or gluten-free, which gives you a wide variety of options if you're celiac, compared to other restaurants that only offer a couple of options or none at all. I will definitely go back if I ever return to Bologna.

Very good pizza. Gluten-free pizza tastes great and looks great. The base is very thin and practically crunchy. The wait time was over half an hour after we placed our order. Friendly staff. Right price. (The gluten-free one is the marinara.)

26/07/2025: Small inside, but beautiful and cool outside for summer evenings in Bologna! Nestled in the hills yet very close to the city center... Crescentine, tigelle, and even pasta dishes... all delicious.
