I already love the Sant'Ambrogio market... Today I discovered the terrace of the Menoni Macelleria: Vermentino... Fried onions... Salad and Tomatoes... And above all Tartare Duomo (chef's sauce, anchovies, Tropea onion, capers) and Tartare San Marco 2.0 (marinated in orange juice and mustard, capers, chopped almonds) exaggerate! And I'm also gloomy about "fat"! Everything of excellent quality... Even the bread, the location, the plating and the service with the hoist (very nice)... Last but not least (in fact I would say it is the jewel in the crown) the owner Luca... Sympathy, kindness and passion in welcoming us out of the ordinary... Not to be taken for granted in a city center where people would still go even if you didn't treat them with that enthusiasm... It was almost closing time and he was very available and without any rush... Let's live our city... Our deserving restaurateurs and those who love their work (because it shows!)
