We discovered a restaurant by chance on the side of the road. We ordered an appetizer: a platter with hot dishes (coratella and tripe) to share between two. The cured meats were incredibly fresh and hot. For starters, I highly recommend the gnocchi with mutton sauce... out of this world! The pieces of boneless meat were gigantic. Possibly the best mutton sauce I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, from the kitchen to the dining room.

I recommend coming to eat at the LIBERATI butcher shop. The food is delicious, the meat is spectacular, the service is impeccable, and the staff are delightful.
