Usually, pearls are set in oysters, but this place, however, is framed by the Simbruini Mountains, and the pearl is an unrivaled selection of meats. All products are raised and bred by the same owner, and the furthest imported meat is no more than 15 km away. The staff is courteous and friendly, you don't have to worry about parking, and the prices are reasonable and commensurate with the quality of the product. Ezio, the owner, will delight you with such a superb selection that even the most hardline vegetarian will regret it!

A butcher shop and restaurant located on Via Salaria. The butcher shop specializes in excellent meats, and the products are truly delicious, including their own pork cheek, sausages, and chicken. 28/09/2025: Family-run restaurant serving excellent local cuisine. The selection of top-quality meat, which is hard to find, is important; it's cut to your liking and cooked to perfection. Impeccable service and a family atmosphere make you feel right at home. Excellent value for money.
27/09/2025: I wanted to know my origins, so I came to Posta. I ate lunch at Bagatto and found the staff helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious. I recommended it.
