Rustic but welcoming environment, the food seemed very good, as a family we all had different things and it was all very good. The service was quick and the prices average.

Typical trattoria. Excellent meat, starter and first course by the book. The girls serving are a little distracted.

Excellent restaurant where you eat excellent meat recommended by the friendly and professional staff! I will definitely stop here next time I go to Rieti.... Advised!

Update 11/24/24 And nothing remains a certainty, special first courses and spectacular meat, I can never finish it all. Update 05.19.24 New visit to Ristomacelleria Liberati, we had 2 first courses and two second courses: pappardelle with wild boar, courgette and bacon gnocchi, both delicious and very abundant, then an Aosta Valley cutlet and a mixed grill (for 1 person but it would have been enough for two). They are really good on meat. Found on the way back from a trip to Montenero Sabino (a place to visit), after having booked (necessary on Saturdays and Sundays), the place looks like a classic tavern with the plus of the butcher's shop attached, the staff is very kind and helpful, but the cuisine is exceptional, the portions are very generous, today we risked not being able to finish everything, the starter of cold cuts and cheeses was good, the coratella, the tripe and the pork rinds were excellent, the Pappardelle with mutton is very tasty and the stewed mutton is excellent, we will be back soon.

We were passing through and we stopped and discovered... this place with the fixed menu with exceptional meat... the guys were always attentive to understand if we needed something or if something was wrong... we changed tables ...and they quickly accommodated us by setting up another table...with a fixed price we ate super tender meat, it melted in our mouth, the cooking was excellent...excellent place, we'll be back, we had a great time, plus it has a shop inside and the products are excellent....congratulations to this butcher's shop does his best to please his customers

Di ritorno da Roma, mi sono fermato per una pausa pranzo ricca di specialità gastronomiche della zona. Tutto favoloso, dai salumi (ovviamente), ai formaggi locali. Sempre un punto di riferimento gastronomico.

Prima volta in questa risto-macelleria a conduzione familiare. Posto comodo perché sulla Salaria. L'interno è piccolo, ed essendo ad agosto con tanto di doppio condizionatore più ventilatore acceso non si respirava, l'ammasso di gente e il cibo non hanno aiutato a rimanere "freschi". Per il cibo nulla da dire, tutto buono dalla pasta alla carne per passare ai contorni. Ottimo anche il pane. Prezzi economici.
