We ate there on a Friday in mid-October: AWESOME! When booking, they were careful to inform us that they don't serve cooked meat, but rather tartare and carpaccio, but that's exactly what we were looking for. The restaurant is next to their butcher shop, and that should be enough to understand the passion they put into it, in addition to the very inviting photos on the website. We gave the host carte blanche, and he amazed us with a series of platters with ever-changing flavors, all delicious! It was impossible not to ask for seconds! Everything was so good that we ate until we couldn't stomach it. After all, it's a one-of-a-kind place, and it's not every day that you get such a wide selection. The wine selection was also reasonably priced. My only regret is not living nearby so I could repeat the experience more often!

Discovered purely by chance, it was the best discovery a raw meat lover could make. Everything was so good we got carried away. The carpaccios were all amazing, especially the one with the scallop, and the tartares were all different, each with their own unique flavors. Truly, everything was amazing and delicious! The place is very cute, and the owner and waiter are very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended... and if I'm back in the area, I'll definitely be back!

We are just finishing our lunch. It was delicious and Alessio was so caring to all of us. We were 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 toddlers and he catered to everyone’s needs. The food was delicious, we had bruschetta with sausage, the tartar and carpaccio, and he recommended pasta for the kids that came very fast. They make in-house products and you can feel the passion and quality that goes into their work. Thank you and good luck!

The meat was very good. The carpaccio melted in your mouth and was very delicate. My only suggestion is to use more seasoning on top of the meat, as it can be a bit overwhelming after a while. All in all, it was excellent!

Siamo andati apposta per mangiare le tartar, hanno un’ottima varietà di combinazioni e tutte azzeccate. Un piccolo neo: la carne era leggermente “nervosa” quindi non si scioglieva in bocca. Attenti allo scontrino, sarà stata una svista ma abbiamo trovato qualcosa di troppo. Per il resto tutto bene
