I celebrated my graduation at Valentina's, and she gave me the party I'd always dreamed of throughout my long and arduous journey through college. She's incredibly kind and attentive; you can tell she loves her job and she's thought of every detail. She recommended a DJ everyone loved, and overall, all the guests complimented me on the beautiful party and location! I absolutely recommend Valentina and her venue for any event that's important to you; it will be important to her, too.

A wonderful experience. We were welcomed by the owner, who immediately made us feel at ease. She catered my 18th birthday party, and despite our large number, she managed to make it an unforgettable party. The food, location, music, entertainment, decorations, and helpfulness were top-notch. A generous appetizer, a delicious first course, and amazing cocktails, all accompanied by the beautiful music played by the DJ. A huge thank you to Valentina and her fantastic team ❤️

I organized my birthday party at the “Up and Down” restaurant, found by pure chance, one of the wonderful coincidences that life offers us. I appreciated the location, the care in preparing the dishes (how wonderful those tagliolini seasoned with Chianina sauce in white) and the live music of Valentina who ranged with her beautiful voice in the best Neapolitan culture, from classical pieces to Pino Daniele, without disdaining the great Mia Martini. With my guests we danced, laughed and toasted sharing a moment that was important to me, unique and unrepeatable. And finally, a special thanks to Valentina who made me feel like a long-time friend of hers, showing me sympathy, affection and availability.

We celebrated my son Simone's eighteenth birthday last night, it was a wonderful party, Valentina the splendid owner, as well as a very good singer, in fact I thank her for having made us listen to some of her songs so we could all applaud her together ♥️, but she was able to involve everyone, from the grandmothers, to all the relatives but above all she was able to involve my son Simone to be the protagonist as only she could do!!!! The moment of the cake was beautiful, the environment and the decorations were beautiful, thank you Valentina ♥️ you made this day special and unforgettable! I highly recommend the RISTO live Music up and down venue for your events because it transforms into something special!!!🤩♥️♥️♥️

Under the leadership of the brilliant Alfredo Russo, guests have the pleasure of tasting the great classics of Piedmont, revisited with a modern touch that enhances their authenticity—a unique experience where the refinement of the setting meets the inventiveness of the table.
06/07/2025: My sister and I chose Dolce Stil Novo to celebrate our mother's birthday on June 25th. I had received excellent reviews from a couple of friends, as well as knowing the fame of the place, so I couldn't wait to try it. Expectations were even exceeded! First of all, it's a magical place, you take the elevator up to the fourth floor and an elegant terrace opens up with a view of the gardens of the Reggia di Venaria. We were welcomed and pampered right away by all the staff and chef Russo came to greet us and tell us something about the menu. There were 6 of us and we chose the surprise 7-course tasting menu with matching wines. We enjoyed delicious, balanced, exciting dishes! Finally, knowing it was a birthday, they prepared a cream and fruit cake especially for the birthday girl. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu. It was a wonderful experience!

Then we tried their famous "Soffio di Grano," a cloud that transports you to an explosion of flavor and emotion. You'll be surprised by the impact in your mouth: from crunchy to soft, and from soft to crunchy. Our choice fell on: LASAGNETTA: with the first bite, you can taste all the flavors of a Sunday lasagna. An enveloping fragrance and flavor. ANTICHI MEMORI: a bold yet delicate flavor that immediately takes you back to Piedmontese tradition. The vegetables and potato chips add that unique crunch. The ingredients are high-quality. It's not your average pizza, but an experience you absolutely must try.
