Completely renovated cafe-restaurant. A truly pleasant atmosphere that feels clean and tidy. Excellent quality food with generous portions and great prices for the cafeteria, though breakfast is perhaps a bit pricey. Overall, it deserves five stars, and maybe even more. Well done!

On the same day (morning and afternoon), tempted by the advertising, I went for breakfast, and here I should give 0 stars for the service. I waited over half an hour at my table, and other tables were already waiting. The room wasn't very full. I got up, grabbed a bombetta and almond milk from the counter, and sat down... those who were waiting still didn't even order.
In the afternoon, the service improved.
Excellent food and a clean environment.
Maximum stars, but I recommend improving the service. Perhaps it's the relaxed attitude of the South that makes the wait times longer, which is inconceivable for us northerners.
Anyway, a recommended place 👍

We came for lunch: the daily menu offers some interesting first and second course options.
Convenient if you want to eat out without spending too much.
From the pastries, we tried the cream-filled bombetta, which we highly recommend.

We stopped for the first time for a coffee, then I saw these pistachio bombettes, with cream and Nutella, and cream and caramel. Cream
Incredibly delicious, soft and with a finger-licking cream.
If you're in the area, stop by for a delicious treat.

The much-hyped Bombetta. Nothing exceptional. I ordered a pistachio one, expecting a pistachio cream center, and instead I found myself with a pistachio-flavored dessert with a touch of cream on top and a cream filling that the waiter called crema latte. I expected better; overall, it's a good dessert, but it's average.
Aside from everything else, Caffè Bruzia remains one of the best places in the area and deserves the 5 stars I gave it.

Sono stata al Bruzia in compagnia di amici. Siamo stati accolti da una cameriera dai capelli ricci, la quale è stata di una gentilezza unica. Non si può dire la stessa cosa della cassiera con occhiali.non è stata gentile né col mio gruppo né con gli altri clienti.
