My cell phone's GPS isn't up to date. I live on Via Garibaldi in Varese. To get to the Varese art gallery, my phone's GPS takes me down Via Bernardino Luini. I could have gone by car or on foot from Via Dandolo.

We returned this summer for lunch after reopening. The dishes were exceptional, from appetizers to desserts, from first courses to second courses. A perfect blend of traditional local flavors with fresh, modern touches. The careful selection of authentic ingredients and the meticulous preparation of the dishes, all delicious and delicate, reflect the experience and expertise of the kitchen staff. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable, with a young staff, in a rustic, traditional setting. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. Well done!
PS: The Piedmontese beef tartare, pictured here, is excellent.

My family and I discovered this restaurant a few months ago, and it's become our "corner of paradise." Located in a fantastic location with a breathtaking view, you can enjoy amazing dishes. Unique flavor combinations, a pleasure for the palate... "simply" delicious... you can't miss the fabulous fried artichokes. We decided to celebrate New Year's Eve here, and we couldn't have made a better choice! We were pampered by the wait staff: Chiara is incredibly sweet, attentive, and always smiling. The kitchen team, led by chef Antonello, creates original and innovative dishes. A crystal-clear evening allowed us to admire an enchanting landscape welcoming the New Year.
Thanks to all the staff

The perfect location for a stop,
whether for breakfast, an aperitif,
lunch, or dinner.
Unmistakable strengths:
The home-cooked food and the panoramic view of the city below and,
on extremely clear days, even Milan.
During the evening hours, the spectacle of the illuminated city 💫⭐️
RECOMMENDED ✌🏻

A restaurant in a charming location that's worth the trip in itself. Milano restaurant is at the end of a series of 14 chapels that tell the story of the Annunciation to Mary and the risen Jesus. You'll arrive at the restaurant with a healthy appetite, and here you can satisfy your cravings. The menu is simple and local... the linguine with porcini mushrooms is exceptional, as is the polenta with pork cheek. In short, everything's perfect so far, but I'd give a piece of advice about the service... you're young and you need to believe a little more in what you do, more smiles and more customer service, even when it comes to the bill. Speaking of the bill, I have to say it's certainly not a cheap restaurant, but given the stunning location, that's forgiven.

A wonderful authentic restaurant at a landmark site worth climbing / visiting in Lombardi. Food is seasonal and well thought through. Hosts are multi-lingual and kind. Dogs welcome and a glorious end to our journey. Now full and downhill for the return. Well worth visiting and tasting.
