26/08/2025: I often come to this restaurant because the food is good: the dishes are always carefully prepared, the ingredients are excellent, and the menu offers a nice variety. The atmosphere is also pleasant and welcoming, a lovely place to spend an evening with friends.
That said, I'd like to make a small, constructive observation: lately, I've noticed a decline in the hospitality and attentiveness of the wait staff. The staff, especially those who seem to manage the dining room, often seem unsmiling and lacking attention to detail. An example? When a bottle of wine is brought to the table, one expects at least a cooler with ice, which is consistently lacking.
Furthermore, sometimes a slightly unusual request—like a dessert with a different topping or a slightly larger portion—is enough to receive a curt or impolite response. I fully understand that not every request can always be accommodated, but the manner in which you respond makes all the difference. The customer, in addition to enjoying good food, also contributes to supporting the restaurant financially, and a smile or a polite response should be the foundation of hospitality.
My advice to the owner is to pay attention to these aspects. The food is excellent, but the overall experience also depends (and greatly) on who welcomes and serves. A good "waiter captain" makes all the difference, and right now I think someone with more vision and attention is needed.
I will definitely return, because the place deserves it. But I really hope for some small improvements in the service department.

We ate meat and I must say it was all very good.
The wine list is very varied and truly impressive.
