Dinner with colleagues. Excellent food from appetizer to dessert, exquisite trio of risottos! Attentive and very friendly staff...we'll be back!

The food is very good, the service is good, and the atmosphere is elegant. The only downside is that it's really expensive; there's no real relationship between how much you eat and how much you pay for it.

I've never been before...and I have to say I highly recommend it...the waiters are impeccable...fast and friendly...short wait time and I have to say everything was truly excellent!! I'll definitely be back!

A sublime experience, the risotto was amazing, but the cured meats and meats were equally as delicious. The menu offers a wonderful blend of tradition, innovation, and seasonality. The staff were extremely friendly and well-organized. I will definitely be back.

I was blown away by this place. The waiters were incredibly kind and humble; if you make a comment, they listen attentively. The food was simply excellent, with generous portions (you won't leave hungry), innovative ideas, and a youthful atmosphere. Traditional, but with a touch of creativity and innovation that never hurts. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy, but that's easily overlooked. The trash can in the women's bathroom was greatly appreciated ☺️ I was completely satisfied. The price was also great.

I can say that this place was a very pleasant surprise. A welcoming place. The menu offers a variety of dishes at reasonable prices, well-executed with attention to detail, and generous portions. To accompany lunch, an excellent focaccia was served immediately after finishing the one at the table. The flavors leave their mark with touches of tradition and pleasant reinterpretations. The desserts are simple but delicious. I really appreciated the oil menu, and the coffee menu offered an Indonesian one, which we couldn't help but try despite the high price. Our compliments also go to the service, which is super attentive and never intrusive, with the young people who convey their care and attention to their work. Truly, congratulations! To all the staff! ... and in addition, since I also had the chance to see the bathrooms, I appreciate the attention to leaving sanitary towels and other thoughtful touches for the ladies. It's the first time I've seen something like this and I was really pleased.

Ci siamo recati in questo locale una sera con amici e il nostro cane, ci hanno fatto accomodare in veranda. Attenzione al dettaglio dal primo istante, siamo stati guidati in una degustazione dí risotti tutti anche senza glutine con accostamenti mai banali e ben studiati. Notevole anche la carta alcolici. Sorprendente nel complesso, cucina stellata a prezzi economici, attenzione maniacale ad accostamenti e materie prime. Saremmo volentieri tornati anche nei giorni successivi se avessimo avuto tempo.

30/11/2025: La Collina Restaurant in Pitigliano is one of those places that immediately makes you feel welcomed and pampered. The cuisine is truly excellent: carefully crafted, flavorful dishes prepared with quality ingredients, fully respecting Tuscan tradition but with a personal touch that makes them even more enjoyable. The staff is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. One detail worth highlighting is their flexibility: we called to let them know we would be arriving at 2:20 PM, despite the kitchen closing at 2:30 PM, and without hesitation, they told us not to worry. Upon our arrival, they greeted us with a smile and didn't make us feel in the slightest bit "in the way," which is rare and highly appreciated. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and offers a pleasant atmosphere with large windows overlooking a lawn, offering a relaxing view that enriches the dining experience. In short, a restaurant that combines good food, courtesy, and a serene atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Pitigliano who wants to eat well while feeling at home.
20/11/2025: We got married last July 19th in this truly wonderful and enchanting place, surrounded by nature and relaxation. It struck us from the first time we saw it... What can I say? The super kind and friendly staff made you feel like family! They were so close-knit, conveying their love and passion for their work. Not to mention the food... Delicious, healthy, and authentic (which is not easy to find)! Thanks to Alberto and all the staff for their kindness and helpfulness, making our wedding day unforgettable! We'll definitely see you soon...

08/11/2025: Superlative food, friendly and fast service, generous portions... Liva's flavors deserve to be tasted.
01/11/2025: A classic trattoria in the Reggio Emilia Apennines... in some ways still stuck in the past, but I think that's its strength. Family-run, friendly, and VERY fast service. The portions are VERY generous, and the price is fair for what you get. I'll finish with the quality: excellent. You absolutely must try the cappellacci with wild boar ragù or the game. The only downside: it takes a while to get here, so be patient. RESERVATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL; they're never full!
