We used the all-you-can-eat option for risottos. It's not suitable for two people. It wasn't explained to us, and the portions are too large, so you're already full by the second course. They brought two more, which we only tasted (a waste). For tables of two, the portion sizes need to be adjusted. There are different types of risotto for every taste, and the combinations offered are original. The ones we tried were all a bit too flavorful, so you lose the flavor of the various ingredients. What a shame!

On my way to Livorno from Como, I was looking for a place to eat. I happened upon this restaurant near the restaurant because I had chosen another one. I must say that this coincidence allowed me to discover this excellent restaurant with excellent all-round quality. I recommend the risotto with figs and gorgonzola...but I think everything is good. I then had dessert. Everything was excellent! Try it and believe it! ❤️❤️💯💯💯

I found the risottos fantastic and truly delicious, with very balanced and flavorful combinations and ingredients. I highly recommend them. The atmosphere is quiet, welcoming, and simple. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the wide selection of risottos, wines, and liqueurs. All in all, I ate and drank wonderfully, so I'll definitely be back to try a new menu, as they update it frequently.

We opted for an all-you-can-eat risotto menu: the nine risottos we ate were all unique, each course with its own identity, flavor, and unique attention to detail, dish by dish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Everything was great and very friendly. The welcome aspect could be improved: 1) It shouldn't take half an hour to take your order (it wasn't very busy). 2) Considering the heat, a phrase like "Good evening, I'll leave you the menus. In the meantime, can I bring you a bottle of water? Sparkling or still?" would have been much appreciated. I think it's an easy touch to incorporate.

I'd never been there before and I don't know why. Everything is perfect, and honestly, I've never eaten such good risottos with combinations of ingredients you only see on reality cooking shows. I'll go back as soon as I can 😉

Ci siamo recati in questo locale una sera con amici e il nostro cane, ci hanno fatto accomodare in veranda. Attenzione al dettaglio dal primo istante, siamo stati guidati in una degustazione dí risotti tutti anche senza glutine con accostamenti mai banali e ben studiati. Notevole anche la carta alcolici. Sorprendente nel complesso, cucina stellata a prezzi economici, attenzione maniacale ad accostamenti e materie prime. Saremmo volentieri tornati anche nei giorni successivi se avessimo avuto tempo.

31/08/2025: At Trattoria Notari, there's no need for grand words: just sit down, let the aromas wafting from the kitchen welcome you, and you'll immediately understand that here, food is meant to nourish, not to dazzle with special effects. I didn't photograph the full plates—as everyone does—but the empty ones. Because an empty plate speaks volumes better than a full one: it means it was good, that it was satisfying until the last bite, that it left only the desire to return. Notari's cuisine is like this: simple, sincere, respectful of tradition. Here, we don't pursue fashion, but rather lasting flavor. And that satisfied silence, an empty plate at the end of the meal, is the most authentic review one could write.

01/08/2025: I had a business lunch with a colleague in Reggio Emilia, and at the end of July, several of his restaurants were already closed for vacation. My colleague told me this was a very interesting place, and I have no qualms about trying alternative culinary experiences. I have to say, the experience was excellent: the veggie burger was very tasty, and the vegan tiramisu was practically indistinguishable from a traditional tiramisu. In fact, I wish it had been a little bigger—it was so good!
31/07/2025: Very interesting place in piazza fontanesi with a particular culinary proposal. Fast service.
