Finalmente sono riuscito ad andare presso il ristorante riso amaro,ne è falsa la pena, ottimo in tutto,ho scelto nessuno percorso mare e monti ma la scelta l'ho fatta fare allo schef Maurizio, sono rimasto colpito per i sapori e la spiegazione del piatto dal meitre, porzione giusta ad ogni portata ed una esplosione di sapori, infine ho dovuto dire basta in quanto lo schef voleva farmi assaggiare un brasato da urlo, sicuramente nel prossimo futuro la stella arriverà vale,prezzo giusto,da assaggiare l'olio, scoprirete i sapori dell'olio fondano ottimo
Yesterday for the first time I went to this restaurant with my family to celebrate my sister's birthday. I can say that it was a truly unique dining experience and each course was carefully explained to us. The dining room staff was very kind and attentive to our every need. We will definitely be back :)

esperienza unica, piatti deliziosi e servizio top, un susseguirsi di emozioni a ogni piatto. Abbiamo preso menù di pesce da 5 portate e ci siamo davvero saziati, ci ritorneremo sicuramente per provare il menù di terra.
We went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary, we chose the 5-course fish tasting menu and paired it with a wine chosen by us. It was a fantastic surprise to taste typical local cuisine revisited by the chef, the service and all the staff were really kind and helpful, I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant of this level in the area. The fifth course was supposed to be a dessert but surprisingly it was a dessert tasting, the photos speak for themselves. A pleasant surprise was the absolutely excellent bill compared to the level reached for a dinner. We will definitely come back to try the meat tasting.
