Riserva Rooftop In Napoli

I've been coming here for a few years, where I expect impeccable service, excellent cocktails, a great atmosphere, and select customers. This time, I found none of this. As soon as we arrived, with a reservation, our table was empty, and they found one near the bar. I basically ate with people all over me, and someone kept putting a used glass on my table. They put three wine glasses of one kind and one different, dirty one. I noticed the same sloppiness at the other tables, too. We ordered four gin and tonics served in old glasses and a Cuba Libre, and then everyone came in—kids, people who came down and didn't even buy anything. In my opinion, there was no discernment; we need to go back to the old ways.

The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable for the food served, and the location is very beautiful. The problem with this place is the service. They brought us the wrong meat, which we didn't order, but rather the one from the table behind us. They only apologized later when we pointed out the mistake. They probably saw us as kids, not adults like the rest of the customers, so they didn't take us very seriously. But since we're customers and I book in advance, I expect good service, especially since I paid for it. The only thoughtfulness was to deduct a little from the bill, but we ended up paying much more for the wrong meat than what we ordered, even though the mistake was theirs alone. I'm sorry because the food is truly excellent, and the place is perfect for important occasions or more elegant dinners; it creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. At the end of the evening, we weren't even greeted except by a waiter, but by the two gentlemen behind the register (I assume the owners or staff who handle reservations and payments in the restaurant). FURTHERMORE, they apologized numerous times to the table behind them, offered them an appetizer, and brought them the meat they ordered. I'll conclude by saying that the place is worth a lot, but the quality is lowered by the people who work there, and I was disappointed that I wasn't treated well.

Everything was delicious. Wide selection of meats, fantastic location, and friendly, professional staff. Simply the best.

I returned with my boyfriend a year after our first dinner here. Compared to the year before, we noticed a slightly lower service: different waiters asked us the same thing and there was no longer a single waiter reserved for our table, and from the uniforms it was unclear who was in charge of the drinks and who was in charge of the food... everyone did a bit of everything. The menu selection was more limited and, except for the meat, the ingredients were similar for most dishes. Finally, they served us mixed grilled vegetables and not in a chipped taina... I don't understand the point of Rai whether the vegetables were grilled or raw (like tomatoes), at Rai you expect them to be served hot and boiled anyway.

The elegant and well-kept venue, the attentive service, but the final bill was definitely excessive.

Siamo già stati più volte in questo ristorante e ogni volta ci troviamo sempre molto bene. Strutta molto bella, cibo e servizio ottimi.

Da fuori non sembrerebbe, ma appena si scende le scale per entrare nel locale è davvero stupendo e con dettagli raffinati. I drink sono nella media ma il dolce è stato davvero buono e scenografico. Facile trovare parcheggio e panorama spettacolare!
