Singular place (strange to find it here, in a building without personality) with food from selected producers. I came one evening with colleagues and I had a good time, but from what I tasted, although good, I didn't find the price (high, for Milan city) balanced with the quality. I would recommend going back to paper menus, the current online one, with links, introduces confusion with text (prices are often truncated). If you really want to stay online, you could organize the pages better P.s. I understand that the term gourmet pizza can attract customers, but I've never liked it.

A bit of a peripheral place, the first impression is a bit sad, little frequented and a bit cold.
Really good gourmet pizzas, particularly crunchy but at the same time soft dough. High quality ingredients and very interesting proposals for combinations and varieties.

I think it is the place where eating pizza becomes an experience not to be missed, both for the authenticity of the ingredients (which can be understood immediately) and for the taste. Everything really excellent

Sono un vegetariano, da oltre trent'anni, grande appassionato di pizza. Credo di averla mangiata in tutte le regioni di Italia (forse mi manca solo il Friuli) e in giro per il mondo. La pizza del Rise (così anche quando era il "paradiso della pizza") è un epserienza, per la qualità, il gusto, la filosofia delle materie prime, l'attenzione al chilometro zero, l'ecologia dell'organizzazione. Non vi è nulla che non faccia propendere questo luogo come il migliore in assoluto, di sempre, di ovunque.
