It is a place that we often frequent, the owners are always available and I confirm this after dinner last night. We order a seafood-only appetizer for 2 people but I forget to specify that I am allergic to raw seafood, even though I honestly thought they weren't in the appetizer, the owner arrives with the appetizers and I see that there was an oyster on the plate, I apologized for not having communicated my food allergy and without any problem he took the appetizer away without charging it to the bill. Thank you for your understanding and I apologize for my forgetfulness. Highly recommended

I brought some friends of mine to taste the excellent dishes you prepare... I am of Salento origins so I know very well the art and scrupulousness of the owners who make this place unique and unforgettable. Despite everything, my friends tasted the culinary specialties of my beloved Salento and were truly happy. Excellent quality/price. The new place is particular and with attention to the smallest details. We'll see you again next year...

Modern and well-maintained structure.
Air-conditioned room.
The cuisine is good and the dishes are beautiful. Staff attentive and courteous even with children. We will be back.

I have been coming to Torre Suda for 40 years, bi national Franco-Italian, I am passionate about the Salento region. Its history, its architecture, its customs and of course its different restaurants. If you are looking for quality for a real culinary experience without pretension but with authenticity you will be at the right address. I read some negative comments, which annoy me deeply. Don't take this into account of course. Good experience to share.

We chose this place to spend our last evening of vacation in this really cute and comfortable village.
We opened the ball with an appetizer recommended by them, nothing special to be honest but all in all sufficient.
The menu includes first courses and second courses of meat and fish and also pizzas of all kinds.
The food overall was pleasant but in all honesty not worth the money.
All in all I wouldn't choose it again.
