Ripasso Vin Bistrot In Roma

I’ve been on vacation in Italy for two weeks and I had this for the first day, I can’t stop thinking back to it. I had the Tagliolini, Gorgonzola cream and blueberry sauce, and oh my gosh, it was so good. I sound so corny right now but no joke. It was fresh and tasted like actual pasta, the texture and everything felt home cooked. The sauce was so so good, and the blueberry sauce paired so well with it. I never thought I’d like a mix like that but it was so good. I came with a group of four and we all got different things. Everything was just so good 🤤 Portions are a little small and a bit expensive for them, but the atmosphere and setting is cute. The store location is a bit random and weird though. Servers were nice as well. Definitely recommend.

Nice place, given the style, but overall very nice. The menu offers tasty dishes with good sauces, especially for the tartare. The main dishes we ordered were very good but too heavy. A bit pricey for a quick lunch.

The food was way too salty. My tongue was physically hurting. One big bottle of water doesn’t quench my thirst. But the dessert is definitely 5 stars. Perfectly balanced, fresh, and the textures are interesting too. I’ll come back just for the desserts.

Location moderna con tavoli in metallo e stile industriale. Il menu è molto ricercato, abbiamo assaggiato la creme brulee di baccalà, l'anatra e il manzo in crosta, come dolce il tiramisu al lime. Tutto buono e ricercato. I prezzi sono da 40 euro a testa per due portate. Servizio un pò distratto

Approfittando dello sconto The fork abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante bistrot ,molto facile da raggiungere in zona nord di Roma. Nonostante la prenotazione il tavolo non era ancora apparecchiato ,però ci hanno fatto accomodare subito. Abbiamo ordinato due calici che non sono mai arrivati.Per antipasto abbiamo scelto il Tomino in crosta con miele e pere e le polpette con crema al curry.Il formaggio era davvero buono ,tra dolce e salato molto piacevole e tutti i sapori erano ben distinti,le polpette (molto piccole) erano un po' secche,la crema d'accompagnamento piacevole.Abbiamo poi ordinato i paccheri con cipolla caramellata , stracciatella e sugo di datterino e crema di basilico,cottura della pasta perfetta,sugo buono ma francamente ho trovato la cipolla inutile ,magari avremmo gradito una consistenza più solida come contrasto perché è risultato tutto troppo morbido, comunque un piatto gradevole.Abbiamo poi proseguito con il manzo in crosta con fichi e tartufo,cottura al sangue perfetta ed il piatto molto buono,porzione giusta.Personale giovane quindi sicuramente torneremo per valutare altri piatti e vedere la crescita in cucina 😉
