My wife and I stayed at the Casamassima for our 10 day tour of Umbria. The owners Anna and Franco are lovely and very accommodating, their team is also very accommodating and served up a lovely but simple breakfast every morning. The location is excellent for Perugia and many of the surrounding attractions.

Beautiful location in a quiet area among vineyards and olive groves. Excellent location close to the city but in a quiet and relaxing area. Welcome: very kind and courteous! Suggestions and recommendations for experiences in typical Umbrian places were truly useful and invaluable. Well worth a visit.

We had a nice stay at Casamassima, but we think the price level is a bit too high: would expect even higher quality when paying 250e/night.

06/09/2025: Very nice restaurant, kind and professional staff, we were there two evenings in a row with friends and we had a great time, the food is excellent and the owner Alessio, despite being young, knows his job as a chef very well, he is very helpful and friendly as well as knowing how to relate very well with customers by going from table to table to understand every need, we will definitely be back, the whole setting is exceptional and worth it, well done, keep it up, highly recommended place.

31/08/2025: As always, a very warm welcome, seasonal delicacies served at the table, and a selection of wines that pair wonderfully with the dishes. More than fair prices for the high quality offered. Reservations are definitely recommended!
