If you’re in Trastevere and want to find a place off the tourist trail with brilliant seafood – and more besides – this is the place for you. Great food, especially the fresh and raw fish, and incredibly friendly and warm service. It’s a family-run business. If you don’t eat fish, the traditional dishes are also delicious.

The price was a bit high for Italy, but understandable given its location in Trastevere. The food was good, but the dishes took a while to arrive. They offered us tap water in a bottle (I saw them refilling it) and charged us for it. The waiters were friendly.

We were walking around Rome in this famous neighborhood, full of restaurants. I was afraid to enter one of the usual "tourist" restaurants, where Romans don't actually eat. Luckily, we found this restaurant. It was very hot, and we sat at the outdoor tables. The women working there are really, really nice. If I understood correctly, it's a family-run restaurant. They were very friendly and helpful. Their specialty is seafood. I ate my beloved Gillardeau oysters and raw red shrimp: everything was excellent, and the atmosphere was truly pleasant. Thank you so much and best of luck for the future!

12/08/2026: Everything is homemade, with ravioli made right before your eyes! The service is very attentive and the prices are quite reasonable – a very pleasant surprise in the heart of a very touristy area.

09/08/2026: A very good meal at an affordable price. The girls loved the meatballs with mayonnaise. The waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere was great too. A very good neighborhood restaurant.
11/07/2026: Truly some of the best food we’ve eaten in Italy! The carbonara is a must get. Prices are very inexpensive, especially for the quality. Everything was phenomenal, the people who work here are incredibly friendly, and it’s a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
