Spectacular food and host. Absolutely worth trying!

The food here was flawless, and Chef Valerio is not only incredibly talented but also one of the friendliest people you’ll meet. He has a gift for making you fall in love with the food before you even taste it. Everything is prepared right in front of you, including the patties and even the potatoes, all made using his own special recipes. I tried the Pulled Pork, the Celebre, and the Famoso, and I highly recommend all three. Each was perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and made with creative, high-quality ingredients. This place is a must-visit in Rome. Thank you, Valerio, for such an amazing experience! Tip: Be sure to book in advance—it gets crowded, and finding a spot can be challenging. You don’t want to miss out on this incredible experience!

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The meat is very fresh, the kitchen is open to view, and you expect a minimum because the chefs are committed to cooking it in the best possible way. The smash burger is something SPECTACULAR. The prices are a little high, but as I often say, you pay for quality, and here the quality is very high. The only tiny flaw, but it's more of a whim of mine, are the baked potatoes, which are fantastic, but unfortunately cooked with rosemary, which I don't like at all. But it's nothing terrible. I will definitely come back.

I was amazed from the first bite. I took the "Noto" sandwich and I could feel the quality of each ingredient: crispy bacon, soft and tasty provola, strong Roman broccoli cream, good scottona hamburger cooked as requested and last but not least the crispy and soft bread on the outside within. The baked potatoes that accompany the sandwich are also good. The staff proved to be very kind and helpful. It was a truly enjoyable dinner.

My favorite place, an intimate place with attention to detail, open kitchen, but its strong point are their super sandwiches, so good that I can no longer get them anywhere else. Furthermore, to accompany everything, the friendliness and professionalism of Valerio, who is always attentive to every need. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

By now I've tried various things and I haven't found a single one that I wouldn't eat again. Tried it by chance, now I come back more and more often. I recommend everyone to try it.
