12/04/2025: My corner of soul in the heart of Rome❣️
There are places that are never forgotten. Places that, more than simple restaurants, become refuges for the soul. Every time I return to Rome, there is an address that for me is certainty, comfort, emotion: the Atipika tavern, Fabrizio's restaurant.
Fabrizio is not just an extraordinary chef, he is an artist of taste, a guardian of authentic flavours, a man who cooks with his heart even before with his hands. His dishes are not just eaten: they are experienced, felt, remembered. Each course is a small masterpiece, where innovation meets tradition in a perfect balance. The presentation is elegant and original, but what really conquers is the depth of the flavors, capable of touching intimate chords, awakening emotions, caressing the soul.
And then there is her, the queen: the amatriciana. His amatriciana has no equal. It is the real, sincere, frank one, made with love and respect; fresh handmade pasta and amatrice bacon. Every time I taste it, I feel at home. It's a warm hug, it's a unique flavor that accompanies me throughout the day.
And how can you give up tiramisu? A sweetness that consoles, that cuddles, that closes every experience with a note of pure happiness. It is a hymn to delicacy, a small gesture of love for the palate.

Family atmosphere but elegant and well looked after, excellent food, Fabrizio the owner is always smiling and available for your every need. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this osteria to anyone looking for a homely yet high quality dining experience!
