I've been getting pizza here for months now. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the best Roman pizza in Quadraro; it's become a regular. A pizzeria that's managed to maintain excellent prices without compromising on quality. The pizza is huge and very thin, the tomato and mozzarella are excellent, and their deliveries are always very precise and on time, even early even when there's a football match on, and when they bring it to you it seems like it just came out of the oven. The fried foods are also very good and tasty, the pizza chefs are excellent, and the girl serving at the counter is very kind. The place is always spotless and tidy, and you can tell they care a lot about their customers and the food. This place is truly a gem!

I discovered this pizzeria by chance about a year ago... I stumbled upon it with my colleagues by chance, and we unexpectedly discovered a fantastic place. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The place, though small, is meticulously maintained and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The serving counter is simply AMAZING! You can find many varieties of pizza, fried and otherwise, as well as first courses, second courses, and side dishes. Since we've been frequenting it, my colleagues and I have made it our FIXED STOP for lunch, and there hasn't been a single time the (high) standard hasn't been met. The pizzas are delicious, the dough is top-quality and highly digestible, and the raw materials used for the toppings are excellent. There are so many flavors, and often the hardest thing is choosing. As for the lunch dishes, the counter is never the same... Every day, the kitchen offers fantastic, exquisite, and high-quality dishes. The drinks refrigerator is always well stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The facts reinforce what I've just said... Finding a place for lunch is no easy feat, especially on Fridays. The delivery service is good, and although there have been a few small delays on occasion, I don't feel like giving it a negative review because, as a frequent visitor, I realize the volume of work is truly overwhelming. In conclusion, Rimpizzami is undoubtedly a highly esteemed and excellent place to stay in the area. I recommend you try it.

It’s not the first time I’ve ordered from this pizzeria, but tonight’s experience was really disappointing. With the scorching heat, I decided to skip the stove and order a pizza, accompanied by an ice-cold cola, which I wanted more than the food itself. Unfortunately, the drink arrived hot, completely undrinkable. I pointed out the problem to the delivery driver, who arrogantly replied that it wasn’t his fault. I contacted the pizzeria to report the inconvenience, but the response was disconcerting: “There was only that, we sent you that”. No apology, no offer of a remedy, and above all, no one had warned me before delivery. I paid €3.50 for a drink that I can’t drink, at least not with pizza, and I waited in vain for a service that should be up to par. The complaint management was non-existent and the order was poorly managed from start to finish. It is unacceptable to charge a customer for a non-compliant product without even warning them. I hope this review is constructive and pushes the pizzeria to improve its service, because the quality of the food is not enough if it is not accompanied by adequate attention to the customer. I will not return until I see a concrete change.
