It's been a while since I last ate here, and I had fond memories of the place. The positive feedback has been confirmed, if not increased, for the quality and variety of the dishes. If you're looking for a good sandwich in Monterotondo, Rima is the place to go.

Courteous and punctual service with a good pizza. Perhaps, if I had to make a comment, the citrus flavor was too strong, overpowering the other flavors. See you next time.

The pinza and sandwiches are excellent, but not the tartare. A mini portion costs €14, but it's mostly disregarded (the meat flavor is completely covered by other unnecessary and excessive condiments). As for the appetizers, I'd say they're good. The girl serving the tables is excellent.

Outstanding tartare, delicious sandwich: the meat remains the highlight and isn't overshadowed by the other ingredients that delicately accompany it. Fried dishes to start, tartare, sandwich with fries, tartare... and by the end of the dinner, there was no feeling of heaviness. Great Riccardo, congratulations! From Treviso to here, it was worth it, thank you! And thanks to Ludovica, patient and kind 🙏🏼

The food quality is very good. The only flaw is that some dishes are overly peppery. Unfortunately, it's not ideal for those with stomach issues. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Very good service.

I had a hamburger, the meat was delicious, my wife had a pinsa, everything was delicious, the place was welcoming and the staff were courteous and professional.

The place is really nice, intimate, and elegant. I've always ordered takeout, but eating there was also a great evening. Quality food, and the guy in the kitchen is truly amazing. Nothing to complain about!

04/11/2025: Excellent cuisine and professional, attentive staff who speak several languages. Fresh and delicious products (only seafood, so the kids won't be happy!). Pleasant setting, white and blue terrace reminiscent of Greece. Excellent value for money. Gusto del Mare!
28/10/2025: I had a wonderful calamari dish, amazing and very generous! The spaghetti with clams was also very good. I also really appreciated the waitress's hospitality and the value for money. With a 20% discount, the price was fantastic! If I may offer just one constructive and easily resolvable piece of advice... it's really hot in the dining room. Perhaps it would have been better to sit outside now that the days are still gorgeous, or somewhere with a little more ventilation. 🤗 Excellent experience. I hope to return soon because the calamari was superb. October 2025, midweek family lunch

12/11/2025: Delicious food, an elegant yet cozy atmosphere in a historic thermal bath converted by the owner himself. Very friendly and attentive service; the owner speaks several languages ​​(Italian, German, English, French) fluently. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent food; I will definitely return on my next visit to Tivoli!
03/11/2025: Beautiful place, sublime food. The friendliness and hospitality of the host, who welcomed us and our dogs as if we were family, was priceless. Highly recommended!
