Inside a superbly managed (and extraordinarily clean!) facility, you can spend hours immersed in the greenery, savoring authentic, well-cooked flavors, and soaking up the colors and silence of the area's natural beauty.
Bruna is very helpful and attentive to her guests' needs; with a rare kindness, I believe she's the person who best fits the context.
This facility stands out, within a complex that perhaps doesn't hold any great surprises in terms of hospitality. I hope to return!

I only used the restaurant, and what can I say? Traditional Friulian dishes, simple but delicious, friendly staff, and a dinner with wine by the glass, coffee, and grappa (no desserts) cost us €40. I highly recommend it. It's also located in a secluded, quiet spot—you can't ask for anything more in the mountains!

We went for lunch today. The location is stunning, easily accessible, and well-marked. The dishes are carefully prepared with quality ingredients, showcasing local produce. The staff is very helpful and dressed in traditional attire, a touch that adds to the experience. Highly recommended!

We took two rooms, for one night, a pleasant surprise, very well-prepared dishes, a menu truly above expectations, quality products, breakfast on request, generous portions, more than fair prices, kindness from all the staff, impeccable cleanliness, absolutely recommended, true Italian excellence, simple but not banal, creative and refined yet traditional, which enhances local products, attentive to quality and without waste, enchanting location... truly congratulations... 5 stars all deserved...

A true marvel! At Rifugio Vallata, you can breathe in the pure mountain air. Delicious traditional dishes, cooked with love and using local ingredients. The staff is welcoming, and the service is fast and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—the perfect place after a hike. Fair prices for excellent quality. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.
