Adorato!!!

Ok place hard to tell really. Was sitting outside. Food was nothing to rave about. Service was good though. Quite a bit on a pricy side

A rather small but welcoming place where you can also enjoy quality vegan dishes.

I've been to Rifugio Romano before, and it's always exciting to see a full vegan Roman menu! Couldn't miss the Cacio & Pepe and the Carbonara, both very nice, but the real stars of the evening were the starters. The supplì was unbelievably good, indistinguishable from the ‘original,’ while the artichoke alla Giudia was fried to perfection, crispy and flavorful. The fiori di zucca? Absolutely phenomenal.
And I can’t not mention the tiramisu: it’s a must-try, honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.
The only drawback was the service, which felt a bit rushed and lacked the usual warm welcome - but forgivable, considering the place is always so busy (and rightfully so!).

Unfortunately not what we expected after all the good reviews. Service was unfriendly beginning, food was mediocre and there is a construction right next to the tables outside.

Oh mama. Incredible taste. Must try the second courses. I tried the seitan steak with porcini mushrooms and I couldn't believe the taste. Amazing
