Locally sourced products, cured meats, cheeses and polenta made in the cauldron combined with various types of meat including game. Homemade cakes. Nice waitresses.

After a hike in half an hour or an hour-plus woods you arrive in the middle of a meadow and magically appears... the Nigritella refuge... as if it were a mirage (for those who are not used to climbing like we are) . Excellent food and hospitality. All and only polenta with.... We ate stew and polenta with cheese! A show! Very kind waitresses and dishes that are right in portion size. Great price! Definitely worth going as the culmination of a beautiful, challenging excursion! I did it with my daughter who is 11 years old! Go with cash because there is no line and ATMs/cards don't work (another dream)... it's about 1400 MT. lost in the mountains

Excellent welcome as well as availability towards customers.. Dishes good in their simplicity.. Excellent for those who will go back to walking.. On a positive note, even celiacs can find dishes to taste. Well done

04/08/2024: Cozy restaurant with lake views. We had bruschetta as a starter, which was very tasty. The pizzas were also great, although the cheese was a bit overdone. Still a great restaurant, we can recommend it. Service was great and the staff was friendly. Price-wise, it's also completely okay.

17/07/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo settimana scorsa in questo agriturismo favoloso. Tutto buonissimo, dai formaggi e salumi di loro produzione alla polenta con qualunque cosa! Avrei voluto mangiare tutto, scegliere non è stato facile. :) Torneremo sicuramente
31/03/2024: Siamo stati a ciaspolare all’Alpe Devero e in tarda mattinata abbiamo pranzato in questa caratteristica baita dove devo dire da anni conosciamo e mai ci delude!Ottimi salumi..polenta..formaggi.. dolci! Conviene sempre prenotare perche’,soprattutto la domenica è affollatissima!! Per questo vi lascio bigliettino che noi custodiamo sempre da parecchio! Il prezzo..mmm ..non dei piu’ bassi ma…i prodotti sono genuini e quindi..val la pena provare.
