One of the 10 refuges with the most beautiful views in Europe, the Laresei refuge, at 2,260 meters, is also a place where you can experience friendship and smiles. The owners, Max & Mara, are extraordinary, and have also made this refuge a place where you can enjoy food and wine experiences: you eat excellently and enjoy a unique view! Also spectacular are the tagliatelle with fresh chanterelles, the wild spinach tortelli, and the gnocchi with puzzone cheese... and then finish with the exceptional homemade tiramisu. Bravo Massimo, an extraordinary experience.

A stunning location overlooking the surrounding landscape, breathtaking from every angle. The refuge can be reached with an easy walk of about an hour starting from Passo Valles. We enjoyed the restaurant service for lunch. The dishes were tasty and well-prepared, although the portions were moderate. Service was prompt and the staff were friendly. Prices were in line with other establishments in the valley.

Fairly high prices
Friendly staff
Just one bathroom, and you pay for it if you don't use it. In my opinion, this makes you lose track of how and why shelters exist.

The refuge at the summit is beautiful and very well-organized. Excellent food, courteous waiters, and excellent service. The view of the valley and Lake Cavia is splendid. There are also loungers for relaxing outside!

Ottima sosta dopo la salita con gli sci. Personale cordiale stra disponibile. Abbiamo bevuto due birre e due bombardini. Prossima volta ci fermeremo per pranzo.
Posto stupendo e arredato con cura. Locale riscaldato perfettamente.
