The food and view are excellent. However, the service is practically non-existent. We had to wait 30 minutes before we could even order anything. We already had a table. And this has happened three out of three times.

A must-visit both in the summer during long walks and in the winter after a good ski day. Very well-kept and tidy. Varied, high-quality dishes, excellent ingredients. If you're in Corvara and the surrounding area for your holidays, you absolutely must stop by Jimmi for an excellent meal!

The Jimmi is probably the coolest hut in South Tyrol...and the Sella base is always in view...simply a beautiful panorama...it couldn't be better...even if the drinks cost maybe a euro more than at the other huts. As I said, the panorama is worth every cent...I can only recommend it...again and again...

The place is a traditional mountain refuge, gone up market. It still does a good coffee at a fair price, but it has excellent bar snacks, a strong wine list and fine dining if that is what you want.

05/10/2025: This review only applies to the restaurant! We received a warm welcome and enjoyed delicious, regional food. It's in a fantastic location high above Appiano and Bolzano, with views of the Dolomites. The farm has been family-owned for over 200 years.
