Excellent food in a lovely warm cosy mountain setting. The homemade bread was great, the tagliatelle with ragu of wild boar was chewy and delicious. The polenta with sausages lovely. Beautifully decorated restaurant. Great service. 30 minute walk up from Sauze which helps build up an appetite and aids digestion. Fabulous.

I recommend this refuge because it's a gem with an incredible view. The polenta dishes are expertly prepared, and all the staff are kind and welcoming. A must-see for anyone passing through Sauze! Well done, and see you next time!

Beautiful restaurant! You'll be amazed when you walk in!!
The prices are a little higher than I expected, but overall it's beautiful and welcoming. I ate well. It's a 10-minute drive from the main square.

Bellissimo locale vista montagna,ci puoi arrivare con una piacevole passeggiata: piatti abbondanti e davvero di ottimo gusto,per non parlare del loro pane di lora produzione! Consigliatissimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente 🤩🤩🤩ps. Digestivo Archibus eccellente!!

Una grangia recentemente ristrutturata con gusto raffinato ed attenzione ai dettagli in puro stile di montagna. Nota una particolare ricerca dell’uso di legno che pervade ogni ambiente rendendolo caldo ed accogliente nel rispetto della tradizione. Offre una cucina locale con specialità come: cajette, gnocchi di verdure, ganefla, gnocchi di patate, tartiflette, ecc. servizio veloce e disponibile e prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei piatti proposti.
