Beautiful restaurant! You'll be amazed when you walk in!!
The prices are a little higher than I expected, but overall it's beautiful and welcoming. I ate well. It's a 10-minute drive from the main square.

After a lovely walk suitable for everyone, you arrive at Grange Tachier, a friendly atmosphere and excellent food. The only downside is the lack of wine by the glass.

Excellent cuisine in a refined and welcoming atmosphere! The wine they recommended was excellent. We visited this summer, and after lunch (the dishes were truly delicious and could be modified if needed), we relaxed on the lawn in the lounge chairs. Highly recommended!

Very nice and welcoming refuge/restaurant.
The food is divine!! The prices are a little above average, but the quality of the dishes makes up for the extra euro.
The staff and managers are very qualified, attentive, and friendly.
Recommended if you're passing through Sauze.

Bellissimo locale vista montagna,ci puoi arrivare con una piacevole passeggiata: piatti abbondanti e davvero di ottimo gusto,per non parlare del loro pane di lora produzione! Consigliatissimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente 🤩🤩🤩ps. Digestivo Archibus eccellente!!

Ogni volta che torniamo a Sauze, almeno una cena o un pranzo ci torniamo: cena di gruppo con una carta dei vini fantastica e piatti della tradizione.
Se per cena è possibile prenotare il gatto delle nevi, diversamente a pranzo si arriva con una piacevole camminata, digestiva al ritorno. Una garanzia a Sauze.
Il menù non è troppo ampio, rispecchia l’autenticità del posto con piatti tipici ed eseguiti bene.
Il servizio è stato molto attento e sono stati tutti gentili.
I prezzi sono assolutamente corretti con la loro proposta.
Recentemente è stato ingrandito e stanno completando i lavori al piano superiore.
Consigliata la prenotazione.
