We will definitely be back for lunch. We only stopped for a drink but the environment already seemed so welcoming and familiar. Angela, an exquisite person to chat with and laugh a lot, see you soon!

We reached the Gortani refuge after a very pleasant walk in perfect autumn weather from Ugovizza. We were welcomed by a warm (in every sense of the word) and familiar environment (the dog and cat dozing peacefully are proof of this), generous portions of exquisite goulash and venison (the slipper is rigorous and the dishes are "clean"), excellent desserts and a flavored grappa to finish on a high note. Reservation recommended.
