A lovely place to immerse yourself in a rustic, typical Puster Valley atmosphere. Beyond appearances, I can't recommend this place very much. The prices are extremely high for what's on offer, or rather, for the quality of the dishes. A cold cuts platter for two was €26 (perhaps the only thing worth ordering, thanks to the local produce), tagliatelle with game was nothing special (with a supermarket-bought sauce, it could have been even better), and the pork shank was stringy and not one of the best I've ever tasted (cold side dishes were already served). Dinner with an appetizer shared between four and a main course each plus beer (no dessert or coffee) was €140. Draw your own conclusions. I can tell you, from my experience, that I wouldn't go back. You can find better.

Rustic and typical South Tyrolean atmosphere, excellent and tasty food, reasonable prices. The staff is polite and friendly (just because the staff is professional doesn't mean they're rude, as many reviews say). Every time I'm in Dobbiaco for dinner, it's a regular stop.

Excellent restaurant. We had fettuccine with game ragù, fettuccine with mushrooms, and sausage with polenta to share. The atmosphere was great, typical of the area and quiet. Good service, and the dishes arrived promptly. The cream cheese with bread was delicious. The price was average for the place.

A traditional restaurant located outside the center of Dobbiaco, easily accessible and immersed in a peaceful setting. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, in perfect South Tyrolean style. The traditional dishes are prepared with top-quality ingredients. We enjoyed an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses and homemade fettuccine, truly excellent, finishing with a blueberry fritter with cream, simply exceptional. Impeccable, fast, and attentive service. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time; the place was wonderful, the food was excellent, and the staff was kind and friendly. They accept dogs.

The food was average; we ate quite well, but we had higher expectations. It's a shame, however, that the service could definitely be improved in terms of customer empathy.

Nothing special considering the very high prices

Pleasant atmosphere and very professional service. The food is excellent, so far so good, but what surprised us most were the desserts, exquisite and, I'd say, excellent. Reasonable price. Highly recommended. Well done.

The unique pancake is always impeccably good, the atmosphere seems to have stopped a century ago... fantastic, a little too expensive, the only flaw
