Unassuming small place with incredible food, so I have to congratulate the cook. The staff is also friendly. The prices aren't seem in huts anymore, unfortunately.

A truly wonderful experience. We reached this refuge on foot following trail no. 8 from the Gardena Pass. First of all, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The food was very good, and we loved the strudel made by the refuge's kitchen. A very satisfying experience, and thanks to the girls for their professionalism and hospitality.

We had a very good meal, excellent barley soup with eggs, speck, and potatoes! A very good Hugo to drink! I would definitely go back. Very friendly staff.

12/02/2026: I don’t leave reviews often, but this place deserves it. We stopped by for coffee and dessert - both were excellent - and the staff were the nicest people we met during our week of snowboarding. We came back for lunch the same day and were so glad we did. The pasta fagioli and the spinach spätzle with gorgonzola were absolutely 🔥 Great food, even better people. Highly recommend 💙
