Exceptional panorama, and this is given to us by the nature of the place. Wonderful welcome from the managers, fantastic people with whom it was a pleasure to have a chat. Excellent food, needless to say, in absolute peace.

We arrived at the refuge on foot after a walk of just over an hour in the woods (but you can also get there by car) and we were warmly welcomed by Jessica, a truly pleasant, friendly and lively person, who transmits enthusiasm. We ate an excellent platter in a beautiful forest, in front of a relaxing view. I really think we'll be back (given the size of the place, booking is advisable)

Siamo arrivati al rifugio a piedi dopo una passeggiata di poco più di un'ora nel bosco (ma ci si può arrivare anche in macchina) e siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Jessica, una persona davvero piacevole, simpatica e vivace, che trasmette entusiasmo. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo tagliere in un bel bosco, di fronte ad un panorama rilassante. Penso proprio che ci torneremo (viste le dimensioni del posto è consigliabile la prenotazione)

Fantastic refuge managed very seriously by Fabio and Jessica, very welcoming and approachable people. Very good food with attention to detail. A bit of effort to reach it (walk through the woods for about 50 minutes, about 2 kilometres) but it's really worth it

Pranzo eccellente e gustoso con vista sul lago maggiore. Tagliere di affettati, sott'olio e formaggi ineguagliabili sia di mucca che di capra.
Si può lasciare l'auto alla fine della strada asfaltata dove c'è il cartello ben visibile del rifugio e iniziare a piedi la strada sterrata. C'è un saliscendi di 40 minuti di strada comoda e facile.
Jessica e Fabio ti accolgono con calore e genuina gentilezza. Polenta con brusitt e salsiccia e per finire le torte fatte in casa senza burro e senza latte. Strepitose!
Nelle giornate di caldo si gode un bel fresche sotto le tende esterne.
