Rifugio Dahu de Sabarnui In Vinadio

Superb place, unusual, cozy, in the middle of the mountains with an extra bit of magic in winter when you need access to top ski catering and an incredible spa.

After a nice walk in the snow, from Bagni di Vinadio to the hamlet of San Bernolfo, you arrive at this refuge where you can quench your thirst with some good beer and eat tasty appetizers or first courses with fresh pasta or polenta. I will definitely go back

Posto strepitoso,consigliatoci dagli amici dello chalet Ischiator, troviamo una scelta gastronomica validissima,varia,arricchita con prodotti di qualità del territorio! Clima accogliente e un restauro dell' edificio in chiave moderna senza snaturare le caratteristiche storiche della struttura! La quantità di particolari sparsi in maniera accurata vi permetterà di cogliere sfumature dell' arredo che a un primo sguardo potrebbero passare in sordina! Prezzo equo, assolutamente meritato, frutto di un idea dietro a una proposta, frutto di una produzione di pasta fresca fatta in casa e prodotti caseari di alpeggio, frutto di una conoscenza del territorio, dove non ci si limita a proporre cibo e bevande, ma per chi sa ascoltare,si tramanda la storia di una realta montana,col suo fascino , le sue problematiche e le sue unicità. Consigliatissimo!

Excellent experience at Dahu refuge. From there you can follow nature trails and we can enjoy the fantastic mountains. The refuge is very clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms are themed and equipped with many comforts. The food is delicious, I recommend the mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The spa is an unmissable addition
