The restaurant was recommended to us and we decided to make a reservation. The place isn't for everyone given the unique nature of the road, but anyone who's in the area is certainly familiar with mountain roads and shouldn't have any problems. In any case, the place is truly enchanting, and I plan to return for a full stay of a few days... the restaurant is located in a very characteristic and meticulously maintained mountain hut. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The dishes are traditional and plentiful. The wines are quality, and the craft beers are also worth trying (because of the drive, I had to opt for a good amber beer with a lower alcohol content than the wines available). An unforgettable experience and highly recommended. The prices are fair.

My family went on a mountain hike and stopped here for lunch. I can't fault the food! Everything was truly delicious. The portions are generous. The only reason I have to give it 4 stars is the slightly long wait. Recommended place.

A gem of the Stura Valley, the refuge is nestled amidst pristine greenery, easily accessible by car, which is a plus. If you visit Dahu, you don't just go for the convenience of getting there; you go above and beyond to admire the beauty of the structure, spread across multiple levels. You go to experience the rooms made entirely of wood—whimsical, unique, and fairytale-like. You go to relax in the spa and relaxation area dedicated exclusively to you, overlooking the mountains. You go to sample some of the valley's finest cuisine, where you can sample typical local products, homemade pasta, and game. You go to explore as many hikes as possible given its strategic location. But above all, you go for the fantastic, one-of-a-kind owners, welcoming, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and forward-thinking, always attentive to the guest and their needs.

I haven't had a chance to try the rooms, but as for the food, I highly recommend it! It's a great place to meet up, whether you're going for a beer with friends or relaxing with family and kids.
