Come sempre una garanzia!!! i gestori sempre molto disponibili, accoglienti e gentili!!! Piatti super abbondanti e molto buoni! Si torna sempre volentieri sia a mangiare… sia a fare una piccola pausa caffè dopo camminate! Sempre consigliatissimo!

Posto strepitoso,consigliatoci dagli amici dello chalet Ischiator, troviamo una scelta gastronomica validissima,varia,arricchita con prodotti di qualità del territorio! Clima accogliente e un restauro dell' edificio in chiave moderna senza snaturare le caratteristiche storiche della struttura! La quantità di particolari sparsi in maniera accurata vi permetterà di cogliere sfumature dell' arredo che a un primo sguardo potrebbero passare in sordina! Prezzo equo, assolutamente meritato, frutto di un idea dietro a una proposta, frutto di una produzione di pasta fresca fatta in casa e prodotti caseari di alpeggio, frutto di una conoscenza del territorio, dove non ci si limita a proporre cibo e bevande, ma per chi sa ascoltare,si tramanda la storia di una realta montana,col suo fascino , le sue problematiche e le sue unicità. Consigliatissimo!

Excellent experience at Dahu refuge. From there you can follow nature trails and we can enjoy the fantastic mountains. The refuge is very clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms are themed and equipped with many comforts. The food is delicious, I recommend the mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The spa is an unmissable addition

We came this weekend with our dog. The welcome was more than warm by the whole team, starting with Beppe. The bedding is very comfortable and the room nicely decorated. The location allowed us to recharge our batteries. It was also a pleasure to walk our puppy in this calm place nestled at the foot of the mountains. The food is just as exceptional as the rest. Georgia's homemade pasta is exquisite. We tasted the tomato and the 4Ps = we recommend!! The chateigne spritz was also a great discovery. This morning we were able to enjoy a breakfast made up of fresh products: cheese, ham, egg, yogurt, wholemeal bread… PS: if you want to live a 100% experience, the wellness area is for you. Jacuzzi mountain view, hammam, cold bath everything was great! Thank you to the whole team for the welcome. See you soon Clémence and Theo :)

Excellent location, very beautiful landscape with the possibility of various paths to practice and enjoy for experts and non-experts. We started lunch with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, all of excellent quality and plentiful... But then the time comes to go to the room and... Smelly room full of cobwebs and dust, queen-size bed a little 'Small for 2 people, smelly drains with an uninviting shower due to the presence of mould. Value for money a little excessive given that it is a refuge. Certainly with a lower price it is much more appropriate for the service received.

09/08/2024: Excellent service, she was very kind and attentive. The location reflects the name of the restaurant, but the external terrace is not up to the level desired by this restaurant and therefore incapable of creating a chic atmosphere. As for the food, based on what we were able to taste during this first experience, our review tends towards the positive albeit with some flaws. In fact, some dishes attempt risky but not always successful combinations. Other dishes pleasantly reflect the refinement and work of the chef but unfortunately this cannot be said for 100% of the dishes on the menu. Another small note, I would have preferred the two menu proposals clearly separated from the à la carte menu rather than having to look back and forth to find, for example, the list of first courses from which to choose. Overall, however, a pleasant experience in the splendid context of the Maira Valley. Furthermore, a good value for money if you consider the excellent quality of the raw materials.
