The hut is wonderfully rustic—exactly what you want after a hike in the mountains. The food? Simply delicious. Homemade specialties that taste of tradition and love. Especially recommended: the dumplings and the Kaiserschmarrn—a poem!

The hut is older. So it's very rustic. Dormitory with 8 beds. Not exactly cheap. The three-course dinner was very, very good. Breakfast was also good. Showers for 7 euros are a rip-off.

The place is simply spectacular. Excellent service and very kind staff. The food is good and everything is well-prepared. The prices are decidedly high, but I think they reflect the transportation and handling costs at high altitude.

We stayed a family after a hike up val fiscalina, the climb was well worth it. The hut is charming, cosy and friendly with incredible views and comfortable beds. The food (half board) was absolutely amazing. There is a hot shower for 7 euro

The most beautiful Refugio! Super cosy, magnificent backdrop and really friendly staff. We loved the board games, food (especially the strudel!) and the hot showers (for a small fee)

The refuge is highly recommended for an overnight stay in the heart of the mountains. The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable for the location.

A very nice hut with very friendly, accommodating staff. The food was excellent! Unfortunately, we only got one spot in the camp, hence the deduction for the room. Charging €7 for the shower is excessive in our opinion. The disadvantage of the hut is that the staff, etc., smoke at the back entrance with the door open, so the smoke occasionally drifts into the bedrooms.

01/12/2025: A lovely place to spend a few relaxing days. The food is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the water is fresh, and the views are stunning. Even more beautiful in autumn. Very friendly owner.
09/11/2025: We stayed here just for one night, it was comfortable, peaceful and definitely value for money. The host are very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, it over looks a rolling meadow with mountains in the background. On a clear day you can see the Dolomites in the background. We were lucky to see beautiful autumn colors.
