What can I say, the refuge of the heart. When you want to savor traditional dishes in a spectacular setting and do some nice summits first, well here you are in the right place! Top quality/price. Very particular soups of the day, tripe, parsnip... and so on! The Cordonbleu is excellent! Friendly and familiar service!

Food was very good, hut is very simple. Cleanliness could be improved.

Highly recommended, but the climb to the hut is hard for those who are not used to walking. But the view ruins everything.

Erstmals besucht im Oktober 2024, wir sind vom Parkplatz Kühhof (auf 1.550 m gelegen) aus nicht den klassischen Weg gegangen über den breiten (Fahr-) Weg sondern über den Umweg Verdingser Alm (Weg Nr. 13 und danach weiter auf der 8, Google Maps hilft den richtigen Weg zu finden auf den ersten Metern), man geht dort deutlich höher und schöner über breite Almwiesen. In der Klausner Hütte wurden wir freundlich empfangen und zügig bedient, sehr gute Küche zu äußerst fairen Preisen, Schnitzel und Cordon Bleu sehr lecker. Traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse! Fazit: unbedingt besuchen!

Great view, can't be beaten when the sun is shining. Despite the terrace and room being packed, fast, friendly and always up for a bit of fun. Food portions were extremely large. Cake, soup or snack, we had lots of very, very good things, tasty, beautifully presented and nicely served. Prices are absolutely top.

Ottima la vista sulle Dolomiti! Personale abbastanza cortese, buoni i piatti. Prezzi nella media a parte per il tagliere che per il prezzo pagato è piuttosto striminzito. La salita dal Kuhhof è facilissima ed adatta a tutti anche a chi ha un passeggino.
