From Presa Alta, everyone can get there by road, and now there's also a shuttle service that takes you to Ligonchio for €10 per trip. There's a menu of the day (I recommend reserving a table), and there are bedrooms. Trekking is accessible to everyone. There's no phone service along the entire route, only calls near the refuge.

14/10/2025: A historic place in Sordiglio, Casina, whose name is a guarantee. For three decades, it has been a destination for birthdays, anniversaries, dinners, and lunches with friends and family, because every occasion was a good one. It's about to close, a heartbreaking decision, due to the retirement of the great Marco. Outstanding tortelli, unrivaled gnocco fritto, excellent traditional first and second courses, the best desserts and, above all, the best mascarpone in Reggio. What will we do without it?
