A refuge that's easy to reach even in the snow, where you can eat really well!

Truly a beautiful refuge, small and welcoming! The food is better than in a restaurant, but with super generous portions 😁 And then there's Ada, a wonderful dog who welcomes you right away! Congratulations to the owners!

A family-friendly atmosphere, just a pleasant walk away, and extremely friendly: you'll feel right at home! Excellent hospitality and authentic, delicious food. Highly recommended!

We went for lunch yesterday, with 10 friends. The refuge is small but very welcoming. The owners are fantastic. The menu was superb, featuring locally sourced, delicious, and authentic products at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

Everything at Max's is always delicious! Another beautiful hike in the Angrogna Valley to Barfè, and every time the welcome, food, and service were truly excellent! Top value, good wine, a sure thing...highly recommended.

Beautiful place. Being small, it's best to book a few days in advance. We were welcomed right away by Ada, the big dog pictured, who is very sweet. The food is divine. The pepper flan with bagna cauda is fantastic. The tagliatelle with gorogonzola and leeks, sprinkled with walnuts and toma cheese, melted in the mouth. We'll definitely be back in the fall.
