A beautiful refuge right in front of Lake Barbellino, reached by a two-and-a-half-hour hike from Valbondione. We had polenta with porcini mushrooms and roast beef for lunch, truly delicious: succulent meat, creamy polenta, and excellent local cheeses with an authentic flavor. The price was very reasonable (€25 per person) considering the quality and abundance. The location is spectacular and worth the effort of the climb. I will definitely return to try the overnight stay. Highly recommended for those who love the mountains, good food, and authentic views.
