I am the tourist who last Sunday, June 1st, had the carelessness to forget a clutch bag in your bathroom. When I realized I had lost it, my heart leapt into my throat. I was afraid I would never see it again, especially being a tourist passing through and knowing how often lost objects are not found. Instead, to my immense joy and relief, I discovered that you had put it aside. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for your extraordinary education, civility and respect. Your gesture is not at all obvious and demonstrates a professionalism and honesty that have deeply impressed me. Knowing that there are people like you makes the experience of traveling even more pleasant and safe. But it is not just for the clutch bag that I am writing to you. I also want to give you my most sincere compliments for the excellent food I tasted and for the welcome that my partner and I received. From the first moment, I felt at ease, as if I were a regular customer. The atmosphere, the quality of the dishes and your kindness and professionalism made my visit to Brescia truly enjoyable.
