We arrived at Monte Avaro for an afternoon walk. Looking for a place to have dinner we went to the refuge, initially we were told that in the evening the covers were only for hotel guests, but then with extreme kindness the Lady told us that she was making an exception and preparing for us too ( there were 7 of us) dinner. The food was excellent, the price was right for what we ate, but what amazed us most was the kindness, friendliness and friendliness of the service, unfortunately very rare things nowadays. A huge congratulations to all the staff, we will definitely be back.

I decided to spend a night at the refuge and then leave for various excursions the next day.
I took the opportunity to have dinner directly there.
The place is gorgeous, easily reachable by car.
The hospitality is wonderful, the staff is really very nice and friendly and ready to satisfy every need.
The food is also excellent.

We didn't stay in the hotel but had dinner in their restaurant. Perhaps the prices are a little high for a refuge but I have to leave a positive review for the quality of the food and the friendly helpfulness of the managers.

Excellent quality rustic food, in a beautiful refuge whether you decide to eat inside or outside. I recommend the crostone and the wholemeal tart with seeds and raspberry and elderberry jam.
Fast and attentive service. We will definitely return.

Beautiful refuge with super panorama.
Nice rooms, good food and super friendly staff.
Excellent for refreshment after a nice walk.
The view is beautiful both in summer, where you can meet marmots, and in the snowy winter.

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo per la prima volta in questo ristorante e abbiamo apprezzato che nonostante non avessimo prenotato e la sala fosse piena ci hanno accolto benissimo. Pochi minuti di attesa e ci hanno subito fatto accomodare. Tanto personale , molto gentile e disponibile. Cibo buono e prezzi adeguati..Hanno avuto lo stesso trattamento mia figlia con due bambini piccoli per i quali hanno avuto alcune piccole premure. Torneremo sicuramente
