21/08/2025: Good morning, August 20, 2025, it's been a year since I ordered home delivery from you. I must say that at first I was disappointed by the prices on the phone, even though I know your quality (I didn't understand). You delivered the pizza on time and with a liter of COCA-COLA that I didn't know about (I left a 4 euro tip). WHAT CAN I SAY: The quality of the PIZZA HAS INCREASED CONSIDERABLY, even if it's a little soft at the base, but with the justified transport times, it still remains crumbly. The PIZZA topping IS FINALLY HOMOGENEOUS and always abundant; above all, complete, even towards the edges. The staff who handled me on the phone (a guy around 8:15 pm), even though I was bothering him, was on the ball without losing patience, above all polite, which hasn't always been the case (remember). However, what NEVER changes is the service at the counter. Today, August 21st, 25th, I called and asked for the store manager or head pizza chef because I wanted to compliment them in person. It's not always necessary to call to complain. I believe that recognizing the merits of those who do a job WELL, even if it's a TEAM, should be equally, if not more, ACCLAMATED. The service at the counter or by phone (girls, I think) is always despotic, and they keep passing the phone around as if they were about to stab someone. The same thing happened in previous years with counter service... unspeakable. I was informed that they don't have a manager and that he is only present in the evenings (with these girls) at 3:00 pm. I haven't been to the counter for a long time because I'm annoyed, girls (I've always found people who are female), because if you ask questions they get annoyed, it seems like you're asking for the moon, it seems like you're wasting time and you're just annoying (even body language). The phone call at 3:00 pm today tells me that nothing has changed with the COUNTER service... Patience.
