It was recommended to us by a friend and we finally went for dinner. What can I say, it exceeded all expectations. If there were 10 stars to give for the service, I would have given them all. The staff is very knowledgeable, both in describing the dishes and the wine they serve, but above all, always smiling and helpful. The food is excellent, never banal and of super quality, served in a welcoming atmosphere. We have already booked for lunch before they close for winter because I wanted to try everything! Congratulations, it's not easy to find a restaurant like this in a seaside resort.

We visited last night for the first time and were pleasantly surprised.
The atmosphere was quiet and warm, and the food and service were excellent. Special thanks to Daniela, who served our table; she was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend this place and will gladly return.

I always stop by to have an aperitif with quality wines and canapés made with high-quality cured meats and cheeses. Now that the kitchen is open I will go and try the innovative gastronomic proposals. You can never go wrong here!

We visited Ricky Hostaria in Lignano Sabbiadoro for both an aperitivo and dinner.
In the morning, we stopped for a spritz: very good, perhaps a little pricey (€5), but definitely filling.
In the evening, we had dinner, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised: from the outside, the place doesn't do it justice, but once inside, your opinion quickly changes. The maître d' deserves praise: knowledgeable, professional, passionate about his work, and with a great knowledge of the products. A rare and high-level figure, who truly makes the difference.
For four of us, we spent €180, including wine, coffee, and dessert, with one course each and side dishes.
A small negative note: during service, we could hear a couple of arguments between the dining room and kitchen. Having worked in this profession, I understand that tensions can happen, but they shouldn't reach the customer's ears.
In any case, a very positive experience: if I were to return to Lignano, I would definitely stop by again.

Highly recommend!! Food preparation and presentation was carefully thought out. Compliments to the chefs for their strong creativity and attention to detail.
We had a number of sharing plates. The mussels in pico de Gallo were as equally as colorful as they were delicious. The seafood salad was very good. Tuna tartare was super tasty and the fried sardines we're divine!!
Hats off to our server Daniela. Her knowledge of the local wines was very detailed. The two Friulan Colio wines she recommended were delicious.
If you are in the area and are looking for a creative lunch or dinner, I would highly recommend Ricky Hostaria.

Ricky Hostaria was a wonderful discovery! The welcome was warm and attentive from the first moment.
The chef prepared a vegan first course especially for me, rich in flavor and with attention to detail,
a gesture I greatly appreciated. Among the vegetarian options: the hummus and eggplant zaloock: they were exquisite!
Full of flavor and freshness.
The fish, chosen by my partner, was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection, delicate and light.
My daughter also ate with enthusiasm, a sign that they know how to please every palate here.
A place where you can sense the passion for cooking and customer service: we'll definitely be back!!
