Very nice and welcoming place. The owner is very kind. We had a very good lunch. The dishes were very tasty and spicy. I will definitely be back. 👍👍👍

We went for lunch. The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and pleasant. The food was excellent, with a first course and a second course. The price was fair, and the waiter was very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent Sri Lankan cuisine, spicy but not overly so for Italian tastes. Courteous and attentive service. The atmosphere is refined and clean. It was a pleasant experience, worth repeating.

Second time at this restaurant, nothing short of wonderful. The owner was truly friendly, even willing to get some coloring sheets for my kids. The food... what can I say?! Delicious!!! The portions were absolutely generous, everything was delicious. We, who had been to India, eating here was like reliving that trip. To finish (I didn't take any photos, sorry!), my beloved chai tea... what can I say... sublime ❤️ Even my daughter (not even 3 years old) drank 3 glasses 😅

16/04/2026: Generous portions at super affordable prices, all in a welcoming atmosphere decorated in typical Indian style ♥️ If I ever come back to Ancona, I'll try other specialties that I didn't have time to try because I had a train coming up soon.
23/03/2026: Small and cozy place, excellent cuisine, spicy and well-seasoned food, fast service and very reasonable prices! If you happen to be in the port, I recommend stopping by.

Pizzeria Desiderio

31/01/2026: Four of us (my husband and two kids) had dinner at Desiderio this evening. The pizza was excellent... it's always been excellent! We were served by a really nice waiter. I don't know his name, but we had a table right in front of the pizza counter. He was really kind and patient, even helping one of the kids decide on ice cream when he couldn't decide. Highly recommended!
12/01/2026: The pizza is good. Very thin. Excellent ingredients.
