We took some pizzas by the slice while waiting for the show to start at the Verdi theatre. Everything according to expectations. I only give 4 stars to the pizzas because some were not good. I recommend the Napoli rossa and the Margherita with buffalo mozzarella.

Fantastic pizza!
Normal prices and simply, delicious.
Highly recommend. The pizza/focaccia things were also amazing! A big recommendation if you're on the go especially. 🩷
The staff is nice but doesn't speak a lot of English. But we made it work :)
If you want beer, ask for their local draft beer. It's 5 euros per 40cl, but it's gorgeous!

Thin and crunchy pizza, good. The place is nice for a quick lunch.
The only thing that surprised us a little and was not very correct is that to replace an ingredient an extra payment is required, as if it were an addition.

It was one of the few places open for a late lunch around 4pm. therefore the pizza pieces were perfect to get something small before dinner. I had pizza diavola with spicy salami and pizza salsiccia, both were really good but a bit greasy.

Nice friendly place.
I'm biased and I don't like the balcony on the pizza
Here they exaggerate infinitesimal thickness but it turns out good and digestible.

Very nice pizza and great location. If I was to say anything critical would be, I wish they cut the pizza but maybe that’s how it’s done there. No big deal, it was cooked to perfection

Pizzeria al centro di Montecatini offre sia pizza al taglio che al piatto. Personale gentile giovane e veloce la pizza è buona e lo consiglio a tutti per chi soggiorna o anche se di passaggio.
