Probably one of the best pizzerias in Alessandria, with a somewhat chilled atmosphere and knowledgeable and friendly staff. The dough is incredibly soft and tasty, though sometimes hard to digest. High-quality ingredients. I'd personally go more often if it were open at lunchtime.

Very charming setting but with little privacy as the windows are not blacked out, short waiting times, very good pizza but slightly inflated prices, very good desserts.

A stunning gourmet pizza with mortadella and pistachios, served on an elegant platter. The dough is soft and well-worked, with a noticeable air bubbles; the Neapolitan-style cooking is good, although a bit overdone in some places. The toppings are generous, perhaps even overdone: the mortadella is plentiful and tends to overwhelm the flavors of the base. Overall, a rich, high-quality pizza, although the balance of ingredients could be more balanced. The atmosphere is elegant and the service attentive.

Good, but not great... Pizza is one of the most classic stereotypes of the last 10-15 years, Neapolitan pizza... but is it really necessary to copy this damn type of pizza? Is it possible that there aren't any pizza chefs left who have the guts to say, "Here it is, this is my original pizza"? Enough! Besides, I personally ate Neapolitan pizza in Naples 5 years ago, and from there, I realized it's called "Neapolitan" for a reason... IT'S THEIR PIZZA AND IT BELONGS ONLY TO THEM AND, SPECIFICALLY, ONLY TO THAT CITY!!! Having said that, I can't say the pizza was bad, but it wasn't that great either. I ordered prosciutto and mushrooms, which came with porcini mushrooms. That's how they make it... The service tries to be professional, but, unfortunately for them, it's absolutely not. Furthermore, I left the room feeling nauseous because the exhaust system is non-existent and you breathe in all the fumes... Not recommended, that's all.
