Hotel in a quiet and very strategic area, near the station and close to the squares, you can move easily on foot. The staff is professional and very attentive to every need. To be taken into consideration for a possible return to Florence.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights in July and the experience was wonderful, the rooms are very nice and quite well equipped and clean. Breakfast very good and equipped. And the excellent service; All the staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. In addition to the location, it is super good and super close to the center and in a good area. Highly recommended

Throughout the stay the staff was great, helping in every way possible and offering a very correct breakfast. The room, with a high ceiling, gave the impression of being larger than it was. When it came back at night there was no problem, just put in the code and that's it.

We just spent 6 nights in Hotel Cimabue and can highly recommend it. The hotel is really nice, the Quadruple room was perfect for a family of 4, the breakfast was really good - a choice of cereals, cheese, meat, eggs, toast cornettos etc, juice & coffee. The location is fantastic, literally 10 mins walk from the Duomo, 20 mins walk to the train station, but yet a bit removed from the busier streets. Lots of lovely coffee shops nearby too. The staff are fantastic, really fantastic - everyone of them were really helpful including Donato who quickly sorted out a minor issue for us on the first day. Excellent customer service all round! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florence.

We chose this hotel as it was the most "nice" thing we could find at the most reasonable price and we were satisfied with the choice. The hotel is small and with few rooms, it has a more "old" vibe. In our case, the room was economical, quite small but had everything we needed (highlights: comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, minibar). The bathroom was super small, but modern and the shower worked very well (I saw a review that said there was no hot water, in our case there always was and we showered very well). The room had some details, mostly paint, some damp stains or peeling walls, which is why I lowered it two stars, but it did not affect its comfort. Breakfast is NOT included, but it is worth paying for. It is super complete; freshly prepared coffee (Espresso, cappuccino, Americano, etc.), croissants, bread, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, jams, honey, spreadable cheese, butter, taac-free options - 10/10. Another plus point is the attention of the staff, especially Denisse who was super friendly at all times. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the center, it is good that being a little further away the area is quieter.

Hotel in an excellent location, in the historic center away from the confusion but a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Excellently clean rooms that smell great, competent and super friendly staff, a special mention for the plentiful and good quality breakfast with varied choice.
