The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and vintage. Everything was great. The bathroom was also very clean. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Florence :)

A pleasant and unforgettable experience in Florence. The hotel is small but very cozy. It's a 15-minute walk from the Baptistery of San Giovanni. The staff is wonderful: we were greeted on the first day by Mr. Donato, a gentleman. Denise, always welcoming us with a captivating smile, attentive and very friendly. Francesca, an exceptional woman, attentive and always ready to serve us. The breakfast is simple but delicious, and the staff is equally attentive. We will definitely be back. The woman who is presumed to be the owner is cheerful and kind. The hotel has a wall-mounted air conditioner, which is rare in Italy, so it was cool even in the hot summer. The refrigerator was a bit small. It was very good for Italy.

I stayed there last night and it was absolutely a charm, just a minutes walk for the Tram and Piazza di San Marcos. It has that old vintage look but the rooms are really modern and very well renovated. The front desk was very helpful, the young lady that received me was very informative, patient, and overall warm and friendly. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying here again in the future.

It's an excellent accommodation option. We arrived early in Florence and were given access to the room without waiting. The receptionist was very friendly, the classic-style room very comfortable, and the service was always ready when we returned from a walk. We felt very comfortable.

Great hotel, located 7-8 minutes walking distance from the city centre, an oasis of quietness. Clean rooms, staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped us to choose and book the proper trips for a family with 2 kids and also providing us with other suggestions. Kudos to Silvia, Giovanna, Donato and Francesca, you made us feel welcomed and helped us to have an excellent vacation. Totally recommend.
