Perfect location, great room and service. Highly recommend
Location is great, not only for sightseeing but also if you plan shopping.
Room was immaculate, with everything you need. The lady at the reception and the cleaning guy were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station, and the streets of Florence aren't the best for carrying a suitcase.
The rooms are quite outdated.
The best thing about the hotel is the service and the breakfast, where they prepare the coffee directly for you.

Super cute little hotel about half a mile from city center. What made it extra special is the staff!! Donalto (sp?) checked us in and was wonderful! Helpful with directions and recommendations. Francesca welcomed us back in after a night of sightseeing, very sweet! And then lastly Denise sent us off with the sweetest smile and hospitality! We slept through breakfast due to jet lag and being that breakfast was included in our stay, she got us two coffees and a snack bag of goodies to take with us! I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Located in the central transit zone, everyone should be aware that parking isn't available there all the time.
Thanks for the tip about the parking garage for €15 per day!
The hotspots are within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and vintage. Everything was great. The bathroom was also very clean. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Florence :)

A pleasant and unforgettable experience in Florence. The hotel is small but very cozy. It's a 15-minute walk from the Baptistery of San Giovanni. The staff is wonderful: we were greeted on the first day by Mr. Donato, a gentleman. Denise, always welcoming us with a captivating smile, attentive and very friendly. Francesca, an exceptional woman, attentive and always ready to serve us. The breakfast is simple but delicious, and the staff is equally attentive. We will definitely be back.
