- the room are not that spacious
- the rules are very strict

A very beautiful and cozy hotel in Florence, spacious room with a decor that you only find in Europe, beautiful surrounding streets, very polite and helpful staff.

The room was a great size, BUT the shower is TINY. You can barely move :( They should distribute the space better.
The location is amazing, 2 blocks from Piazza Navona and close to bus stops that take you to the Colosseum if you don't want to walk 50 minutes.
Keep in mind there's no elevator.
And tip: right next door there's a GREAT pizzeria. I recommend the Diavola and the Margherita.

It's impossible to get any rest due to the constant, intense noise of vehicles. The furniture is quite old and all the electrical outlets are in poor condition.

The only thing I found was that the bathroom in the room was very cramped; the door closes right against the sink, which could cause problems if you leave your hand there...
But apart from that, the receptionists are lovely, and the location is perfect!
We would definitely return!

Upon arrival, you're greeted warmly at reception. It's located in the historic center, near the Duomo (a 15-minute walk). The rooms are typical of historic Florentine buildings, with windows that still retain their 19th-century style. Opening them in the morning and breathing in the air of the historic street is a taste of history. The hotel is on a very quiet street compared to other areas of the center. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.
