Recently stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in… anywhere! The check-in process is easy, they greet you and give you a tour / insights to the property. The rooms are beautiful and updated. They have stocked mini bar fridge. And the AC in the rooms and throughout the property is incredible.
The staff here are all kind and helpful. The rooftop pool is incredible (be aware that you have to make reservations to not overcrowd it). There are a handful of restaurants at the property which we didn’t even get to try all of. They have a gelato cart in the main restaurant and a delicious room service menu. The breakfast (which was included) but a HUGE buffet with all kinds of food (hot, cold, pastries, etc).
Their concierge team was very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi transport the day we checked out. This was very concrete and only about a 30 minute ride. They also have a “free” water taxi service that runs all day from the hotel to the main square in Venice (they say it’s 15 EUR per way but they don’t check every time). From there, it’s a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants.
10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice and we will be back!

Picturesque hotel on the water with beautiful views of Venice. The roof top pool has amazing 360 degree views. Unfortunate the service at the pool area was poor and the drinks over priced. No sun tan lotion and no shade on pool deck. The pool area could be a much better experience and it’s not what I have come to expect from Hilton as I’ve travelled extensively around the world with Hilton. A few employee highlights to mention were a nice man named Riccardo that checked us in, a waiter named Sergio and a nice lady at the concierge desk who recommended us to Cipriani Harry Dolci. These three wonderful people were great. Thank you

A Truly Unforgettable Stay for Our 20th Wedding Anniversary
We recently stayed at the Hilton Molino Stucky (11th June 2025) in Venice to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
From the moment we began planning our trip, the staff at the hotel were attentive and thoughtful. I reached out a few times beforehand to let them know about our special occasion, and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. They kindly upgraded our room and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne—such a generous and touching gesture.
The hotel itself is stunning, full of character and charm, with all the amenities you could ask for. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop swimming pool and bar, which offered breathtaking views of Venice and made for the perfect place to relax.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their service truly elevated our entire stay.
The hotel also provides a very convenient shuttle boat to San Marco, which runs regularly and made exploring Venice easy and enjoyable.
Before booking, I had read a few mixed reviews online, which made me a little hesitant—but now that we’ve experienced it for ourselves, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. To anyone considering staying here: don’t worry about the few negative reviews. This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Molino Stucky for making our anniversary so special. We’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful Hotel with rich history and perfect location to enjoy Venice, but not having to live in the chaos of day tourist.
Highlights…
the room upgrade 😳🙌🏼😍
the boat shuttle ($15) per person for the stay and always on time
the breakfast was excellent with options for all. Not the best Hilton breakfast compared to Hilton Lake Como, but still very good.
Negatives are only that is big so if you’re looking for the intimate Venice hotel you’ll want to look somewhere else, that said they’ve done a great job at keep much of the initial structures beams so the rooms and hallways feels smaller and more cozy.
Hotel concierge was one of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve seen in a long while.
Thank you Hilton Venice for a wonderful stay.

Great hotel. Despite our own boat, it is still too remote. We will not go there again next time.
Also because checking in really took more than 20 minutes. As I write this, I see this happening again to a couple with small children…

An incredible experience. The area is super quiet, on Giudecca Island. The hotel has a shuttle boat that takes 15 minutes to get to San Marco. The rooms are a bit small for three, but very well-equipped and have lagoon views. The service is top-notch. The rooftop pool is amazing. The breakfast is extensive and well-served, but nothing exceptional in terms of quality. The Executive Lounge is highly recommended for a drink.

On Friday morning, after enjoying breakfast and cappuccino, we bid farewell to the Italian Riviera and the gracious staff of the Grand Hotel Savoia in Genoa, Italy. Venice is a four-hour drive, and the family is eager to commence their journey. There is one caveat: our next hotel is situated on the island of Venice. We are required to travel to the Venice ferry landing, park our vehicle, and carry our luggage to the ferry that will transport us to the prestigious Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. The only way to get to this gorgeous hotel on the Venice Island is by boat. Although the property is remarkable, the front desk staff requires training to provide more precise directions, as we experienced significant challenges locating the hotel’s waterfront water taxi dock. Given my status as a Hilton Diamond member, I aim to clarify the guest check-in procedures. First, the hotel website and Hilton Honors mobile application only indicate the availability of a private shuttle boat from Piazza San Marco. The method of reaching the central Venetian piazza by a rental car is likely unfamiliar to most independent travelers. The website ought to include details regarding ferry and water taxi services in the Piazzale Roma area, Venice’s primary transportation center and a vital access point for visitors arriving by bus, car, or taxi. It is situated at the terminus of the Ponte della Libertà, the bridge linking the mainland to Venice. The central city bus station, located in a square, provides connections to airports and the mainland. Piazzale Roma serves as a convenient gateway to the historic center, providing effortless access to Santa Lucia Train Station and the water bus service. All guests should park their rental vehicles in the Venice “City Parking Garage” located in the Piazzale Roma area. Over 2,000 car parking spots and 180 for motorcycles, it's the biggest parking garage in Venice. Short-term and overnight parking is provided on ten floors for those visiting Venice. Upon securing parking, all ferry and water taxi services can be accessed at the waterfront ferry terminal, a short three-block walk from the parking garage. We recommend that you travel directly to the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice via a water taxi. The water taxi operator will assist with your luggage transfer to the vessel; you will arrive at the hotel dock within 10 minutes for check-in. The Water Taxi fare depends on the number of individuals in your group and the amount of luggage you have. We assure you the cost, including a gratuity, was a worthwhile 70 Euros. The hotel’s stunning design successfully unites ancient and modern elegance, perfectly embodying our vision for this island location in Venice. The hotel’s front desk staff provided us with exceptional service, thoroughly explaining all Hilton Diamond benefits and hotel amenities. Our two executive suites were upgraded to fifth floor waterfront rooms, affording a full vista of the Venetian lagoon, waterways and piazzas. The rooms were impeccably clean and elegantly appointed, featuring minibars, complimentary bottled water, and spacious walk-in showers. Our initial benefit of Hilton Diamond status was an exceptional happy hour at the Skyline Rooftop Bar, providing an opportunity for networking with staff and fellow members while enjoying wine, signature cocktails, Venetian cicchetti, and a breathtaking Venetian sunset. An evening water taxi journey of ten minutes to Piazzale San Marco afforded us the opportunity for shopping and dinner, which proved to be highly enjoyable.
