Rialto Lobby Bar and Lounge In Venezia

The hotel itself is typical European style. The history is interesting and even though a water taxi is needed to get to the “main attractions” it was very convenient and free. Also, the concierge was great-he set us up on a glass blowing tour to Murano for free. This issues are the staff are not welcoming and we felt like we were a nuisance. They were vey kind to upgrade our room; however the room had large poles in the middle and in very awkward spaces (couldn’t get to the bathroom unless you squeezed by a large pole-trying doing that in the middle of the night!). The air did not work in the bedroom which we let them know right away. They never fixed it or gave us an update until we mentioned again on our last night (we were there for 5 nights). They informed us late that they couldn’t fix it but offered a fan service much helped a little but we were sleep deprived from the other 4 nights. The rooftop bar is very beautiful-the first night they were off in service but we went back and it was fabulous. The workout area was adequate and nice to be able to get some workouts in. The breakfast buffet is good with many many options. Overall, hospitality is their main business and they missed that important part during our stay. We were very disappointed.

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. The room was very comfortable, with attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the care given to the guests needs was careful, attentive and prompt. Finally, the start of the day in the beautiful dining room was delicious and with excellent service. We recommend.

Really well run Hotel, exactly how high-quality hotels should be run. Great rooftop bar, breakfast and the service is truly excellent. Location is nice and quiet, if you don’t like the noise and constant energy in the centre, this is ideal.

Victoria welcomed us warmly at the front desk both at the start and end of our stay, showing consistent professionalism and genuine care for our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about local restaurants, train and boat connections, as well as hotel amenities—from the rooftop pool at sunset to the daily breakfast. She went above and beyond to make our visit rewarding, enjoyable, and memorable—ensuring we’ll return to this location. Our executive room overlooked the canal, and with complimentary breakfast included, it made our stay even more special. The hotel itself strikes the perfect balance—set just far enough from the busy center to feel peaceful, yet only a quick 10-minute boat ride away when you want to be in the middle of it all. The €15 daily shuttle to and from San Marco was incredibly convenient and well worth it, reflecting the great Hilton service we experienced throughout. When we return to Venice, it will be the exceptional service, amenities, and staff like Victoria that bring us back to this Hilton without hesitation.

This was our second stay at a Hilton Hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking lagoon view, which truly enhanced our experience. The staff impressed us with their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Choosing the executive package was undeniably a brilliant decision—every penny was well spent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was outstanding, and the spaciousness of our room was a delight. Our three-night stay at the Hilton was superb in every aspect. The hotel itself is stunning, with impeccably maintained grounds, and its prime location made exploring the local towns effortless. The concierge seamlessly arranged our transfer to the correct cruise port terminal after checkout. While we encountered a minor issue during our stay, Marco Di Renzo, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, handled it with remarkable skill. He took the time to fully understand our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. The only aspect we didn’t fully enjoy was the pool, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis with limited hours. Although we were encouraged to visit the bar and check out the pool area, it felt a bit crowded and smaller than our preference. While the view from the pool is inviting, it didn’t provide the level of privacy we desired. Despite this, our overall experience was nothing short of remarkable.

Recently stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in… anywhere! The check-in process is easy, they greet you and give you a tour / insights to the property. The rooms are beautiful and updated. They have stocked mini bar fridge. And the AC in the rooms and throughout the property is incredible. The staff here are all kind and helpful. The rooftop pool is incredible (be aware that you have to make reservations to not overcrowd it). There are a handful of restaurants at the property which we didn’t even get to try all of. They have a gelato cart in the main restaurant and a delicious room service menu. The breakfast (which was included) but a HUGE buffet with all kinds of food (hot, cold, pastries, etc). Their concierge team was very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi transport the day we checked out. This was very concrete and only about a 30 minute ride. They also have a “free” water taxi service that runs all day from the hotel to the main square in Venice (they say it’s 15 EUR per way but they don’t check every time). From there, it’s a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice and we will be back!

Picturesque hotel on the water with beautiful views of Venice. The roof top pool has amazing 360 degree views. Unfortunate the service at the pool area was poor and the drinks over priced. No sun tan lotion and no shade on pool deck. The pool area could be a much better experience and it’s not what I have come to expect from Hilton as I’ve travelled extensively around the world with Hilton. A few employee highlights to mention were a nice man named Riccardo that checked us in, a waiter named Sergio and a nice lady at the concierge desk who recommended us to Cipriani Harry Dolci. These three wonderful people were great. Thank you

A Truly Unforgettable Stay for Our 20th Wedding Anniversary We recently stayed at the Hilton Molino Stucky (11th June 2025) in Venice to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we began planning our trip, the staff at the hotel were attentive and thoughtful. I reached out a few times beforehand to let them know about our special occasion, and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. They kindly upgraded our room and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne—such a generous and touching gesture. The hotel itself is stunning, full of character and charm, with all the amenities you could ask for. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop swimming pool and bar, which offered breathtaking views of Venice and made for the perfect place to relax. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their service truly elevated our entire stay. The hotel also provides a very convenient shuttle boat to San Marco, which runs regularly and made exploring Venice easy and enjoyable. Before booking, I had read a few mixed reviews online, which made me a little hesitant—but now that we’ve experienced it for ourselves, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. To anyone considering staying here: don’t worry about the few negative reviews. This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. What a beautiful Hotel with rich history and perfect location to enjoy Venice, but not having to live in the chaos of day tourist. Highlights… the room upgrade 😳🙌🏼😍 the boat shuttle ($15) per person for the stay and always on time the breakfast was excellent with options for all. Not the best Hilton breakfast compared to Hilton Lake Como, but still very good. Negatives are only that is big so if you’re looking for the intimate Venice hotel you’ll want to look somewhere else, that said they’ve done a great job at keep much of the initial structures beams so the rooms and hallways feels smaller and more cozy. Hotel concierge was one of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve seen in a long while. Thank you Hilton Venice for a wonderful stay.
