It's not just a hotel, it's a palace, it's so beautiful. The Hilton Molino has its own vaporetto exclusively for its guests. It's very comfortable. The rooms are stunning, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel on the night between Monday and Shrove Tuesday. Everything was perfect except for one small detail that I honestly wasn't expecting. Only the Rialto restaurant was open, and we decided to have two pizzas as a side with our appetizers. We were served two frozen pizzas, decidedly unappetizing and not up to our standards for Italian pizza. In a 5-star hotel, I expect the food served to live up to the location. I realize the amount of work during Carnival, but I can't imagine a subpar pizza in a place like this. It really can be improved with very little. Otherwise, the room with a lagoon view was spectacular, perhaps a little cool, but nothing intolerable. Breakfast had a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and the staff was kind and helpful. ….. the view was unparalleled. Breathtaking.

A wonderful three-day stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly, especially at breakfast. The room was well-appointed, quiet, and spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort. Although it was located inside the hotel and didn't offer a view of the lagoon, it offered a romantic and private atmosphere.

The rooms were clean and modern. The concierge was very helpful. The shuttle to and from the main island was easy and the public water taxi was just down the way. Making it easy to navigate to the more popular sites of Venice.

The service is excellent! All their employees are very friendly.

The hotel itself was comfortable, and the building and surrounding area were great for exploring and taking photos. On a clear day, you can see the beautiful Venetian sunset; the red brick houses along the shore are especially stunning under the setting sun. Choosing to stay here instead of on the main island was a very wise decision, considering Taiwanese preferences.
